A typical Northfield restaurant opening – absolutely overrun and slammed with takeout orders. Sat for 45 minutes and no food was delivered to any of the dine in customers (every table was occupied). I wish them well. Work out the kinks but don’t go here to dine in if you’re expecting food in less than 2 hours. I asked for a refund and they promptly processed it which I appreciate. Maybe give it a try in a few weeks. My tip to Desi: be honest with customers when you’re overwhelmed – everyone will have a better experience.

Delicious food! Ordered to-go on a busy Saturday night and it was ready in a reasonable time (took a beautiful walk along the river while we waited). Though, the website wasn’t working properly when we tried our original order and the phone went straight to voicemail.
