This place is amazing. I’m a truck driver from Texas just passing thru town. Found this place and gave it a try. Man, 100% recommended. Try their butter chicken or biryani, you’ll love it. Naan and Samos is also very good.

I recently visited this food truck, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. We ordered chai, but what we received was nothing more than flavored water with a hint of tea powder — completely lacking the richness, taste, and authenticity chai should have.
On top of that, the owner’s attitude was extremely disappointing. Instead of being receptive to feedback, they came across as arrogant, acting as if their food is the best without actually delivering on quality. It felt like they were trying to project confidence to mask poor taste and preparation.
For anyone planning to visit, I’d advise being cautious. If you’re looking for real flavor, authentic food, and good customer service, this may not be the right place. The overall experience left me with a very negative impression.

We did not receive the quality we expected — the chicken curry was undercooked, the butter naan was not freshly made as claimed, and overall the food did not meet basic standards.
Yes, we did taste before ordering, but the issue was with the preparation and quality of the final dishes we received. We paid for our order in full and did not ask for any refund — our only intention was to share honest feedback. Recording customers on camera while eating and then using it against them in replies is also concerning.
As a customer, I respect small businesses, but I also believe transparency and quality are important. I hope this feedback helps you improve rather than dismissing genuine concerns.

We have ordered chicken curry, and it was the worst I have ever tasted. The chicken was uncooked and just covered with red food coloring to make it look like curry. There was no proper flavor, no real taste, and it felt unsafe to even eat.
The owner doesn’t seem to care about quality or customer satisfaction — they just serve food with confidence, expecting people to believe it’s good. In reality, it’s full of negativity and nothing close to authentic or decent food.

Excellent food we had in recent times! We accidentally bumped into this food truck on the way from Colorado Springs to Dallas and this spot had all that we needed for a lunch and a snack. Very reasonable and quality food with nice hospitality. Will definitely stop by next time we hit this route. Highly recommended.

Very tasty curry as well as all the sides. The mango lassi was a standout. The spices are rough ground in the curry, and there is also a lot of oil seperation on top, which can look unusual but taste fine. Rice was overcooked for my taste but I can imagine someone preferring it that way. Minimal seating and no wind breaks so be prepared to eat somewhere else. I see a comment accusing them of making the chicken tikka masala red with food dye? Brother, that is tomato paste red. It is supposed to look that color. Not the best indian restaurant in the world but probably the best one in the county.

We stopped at Desi curry corner on our way to Dallas from Colorado..and we must say that this is the best food we have eaten in years!! So authentic…hospitality so good….matar paneer…butter chicken and fresh rotis..and aloo parantha….they not only served good food but served with so much love…the lady was so nice..she checked on us if we really liked the food….loved this place…gulabjamun was so good too…will definitely visit this place again when we cross Raton!!! We have not eaten so good food even in Dallas…truly wonderful!!

I didn’t knew there a Punjabi food truck on 25 Colorado. I’ve been first time today and man. The food is amazing way more better than most Indian restaurants and they guy & lady they were really nice nd you can park your semi over there to nd it’s not expensive like food trucks in Oregon.
