We recently visited this Indian Desi Chinese food truck and were honestly so impressed! We ordered the Chinese noodles and dry Manchurian, and both dishes were absolutely delicious.The Manchurian balls were incredibly fresh — perfectly textured, soft inside, and full of flavor. You can really tell they make everything fresh. The dry Manchurian had the perfect balance of spice and taste The place itself was nice and quiet, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Even though not many food trucks were open at the time, this one truly stood out.Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving authentic, tasty Desi Chinese food. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I got Cauliflower Manchurian and Veg Hakka Noodles delivered. Manchurian is very good as many described in the comments. The noodles are good as well but a tad bit thick and wet for my liking. Otherwise, I would be trying more food from here.

I recently visited this food truck/restaurant and was blown away by the quality, freshness, and authentic Desi-Chinese flavors. The menu has a huge variety, and everything we tried was delicious and perfectly seasoned.
The Shrimp Schezwan Rice, Combination Fried Rice, and Veg Fried Rice were full of flavor and had the perfect balance of spice. The Chicken Manchurian Rice and Egg Schezwan Rice were equally amazing!
Their noodle dishes are a highlight — especially Chicken Schezwan Noodles, Paneer Hakka Noodles, and Egg Hakka Noodles. Each plate was hot, fresh, and loaded with veggies and protein.
Starters like Chicken Lollipop, Chicken Honey Crispy, Chicken 65, Paneer Garlic Dry, and Cauliflower 65 were perfectly fried, crispy, and super tasty. The Paneer Crispy and Paneer 65 are must-tries for paneer lovers.
Even the soups impressed me — Sweet Corn Soup, Hot & Sour Soup, and Manchow Soup were flavorful and comforting.
Overall, every single item was worth the price. Portions are generous, service is quick, and the taste is authentic Desi-Chinese at its best. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves spicy, flavorful food!

We ordered Veg Manchurian, Chicken Lollipop, and Veg Hakka Noodles. Everything was fresh and full of flavor! Friendly service, proper seating, and great music make it a fun spot to hang out with friends and family. Just ask them to go easy on the spice if you prefer mild!

Tried Indo-chinese from this food truck… DESI CHINESE!!
It’s in Austin and I loved their food! Honestly I was so disgusted with authentic chinese food, because I don’t like that blunt taste! Sometimes it’s very sweet!
But I got proper Indo-chinese here! I loved their manchow soup so so much! Apart from soup, I tried their veg and non-veg appetizer! We loved their veg manchurian, even if I am core non-veg!
Then Sanghai rice, Chilli chicken and garlic were similar like I used to have in India..!
Next week I ordered online as they were preparing American Choupsey that day… I am not a sweet lover…I like spicy dish much… so, the American Choupsey was good but acc to me, it was not the best like other Indo-chinese dishes I had!
Honestly, I personally feel, this food truck needs shout-out! In wintry afternoon, u can sit under the sun and they have decorated their place in front of the truck unlike other food trucks…I loved it 🙂

Atmosphere is great with music but food was disgusting. The schezwan chicken noodles were very very oily and bland. Manchow soup is okay but not great! And the worst of all is chicken Manchuria wet(just too wet as you can see in the pictures) no taste just like eating raw chicken dipped in spicy water.

Unfortunately Indo-Chinese dishes did not hit the mark. Too much use of ketchup and chili in the Chinese bhel. We ordered fine in gobi Manchurian and it was soggy. The chicken Hakka noodles was ok, needed a little salt. Overall not a good food experience.

Recently opened food truck serving indo Chinese cuisine. One of the best indo Chinese I’ve had in the greater Austin area! It’s a food truck but the Ambience is highly inviting. There is also a little play area for kids to have fun! I’m a Vegetarian and they were able to serve me Vegetarian version of triple schezwan rice which was not even mentioned on the menu. Great service! I drove an hour to visit this place and was glad I did The veg Chinese Bhel was okay. Didn’t expect it to have a sweeter tinge but nevertheless, was worth a try! If you’re craving Indian style Chinese, would highly recommend..! Quantity is awesome!! My lunch for tomorrow is sorted too
