Good place for South Indian Breakfast.
I had unlimited breakfast on Sunday morning, it was unlimited breakfast, but when I went around 10am, I got everything, but not idilies, that’s fine. I had fun after 13 miles hiking with friends.
I think $13.99/ person for breakfast is a bit pricey, but I can’t justify the pricing due to current economic conditions and various factors.
Overall, a good good and good times

We visited Desi Bites food truck and ordered chicken pulav, poori, and dosa. The food was excellent with great taste and quality. Service was good, and the staff was polite and friendly. Overall, a very good experience and worth trying.

Had a disappointing experience this morning. I ordered close to $60 worth of food, and when I politely requested the staff to place the karampodi mini idly box properly so the podi wouldn’t spill, I was told, “adige paddati untindi.”

I found that response unnecessary and unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for anything extra just to pack the food properly, especially when I’m paying for it. I really hope the management looks into training the staff to handle customer requests with more courtesy and respect.

Tried the onion pakodi.it was fresh, crispy, and flavorful with a good balance of crunch and seasoning, and is definitely worth trying if you enjoy classic South Indian street-style snacks.
The menu offers a nice variety of dosas, idlis, and more, all at reasonable prices. Service was quick, and the food was served hot.
One small suggestion: improving the seating area

If you’re looking for consistently amazing Indian breakfast, Desi Bites in Centerton is an absolute gem.

I’m not judging based on one or two visits — this is from at least six months of regular orders, and the quality has been rock solid every single time. The food honestly tastes on par with niche Indian restaurants in Dallas, which says a lot.

You can blindly trust this place — you’ll walk away with a happy smile, a happy stomach, and a happy heart. Highly, highly recommended.

Tried the samosa chaat,it had a good mix of tangy and spicy flavors, topped with fresh onions. The chutneys added nice layers of taste, and the samosa was crisp. The portion was a bit small for the price.

Ordered Parotta with Chicken Roast. The chicken roast was flavorful, spicy, and really satisfying. The parotta, however, seemed like a reheated frozen one and didn’t feel fresh. On the plus side, the food was served in under 10 minutes, which was impressive!

Yes there are several top quality Indian restaurants in Bentonville, we are spoiled. Desi Bites would be the best Indian food in many towns even some larger cities. The flavors and food temp are terrific for a food truck. I hope they make it, Centerton is lucky to have options outside fast food.

Very much disappointed with the quality of food served. Imagine paying twenty bucks to have a piping hot sambar that tastes like plastic. Bentonville has plenty of Indian restaurants that are better than this, and they need to step up to survive here. Food was served quickly, and it was definitely tasty. Funny to see idli and dosa being served on a paper plate, but chutney and sambar on plastic cups(which obviously results in tasting like plastic when served hot).
