The “papas fritas” were absolutely amazing! My mother ordered the filet Mignon and she said it was delicious. My brother and I ordered the Chorizo and sausage flat bread and the Margarita flat bread which was really good, and my father ordered the hangar steak said it was “good”. Service was GREAT a little under-staffed but overall everything was wonderful do recommend !

In a nutshell; decent food, great staff, and a good dining experience over all.
First and foremost the staff were great and accommodating. Didn’t take long to get seated even if we weren’t booked at the hotel or a reservation. Not the biggest menu, but food was great and I would say matched the price listed in terms of taste and satisfying your hunger. Table wasn’t wobbly and seats were comfortable. Food didn’t take too long either after ordering so it was a pleasant experience over all.
Overall if you’re staying at the Squire Resort. You’re certainly in for a treat if you dine in their lounge.

The food is good and priced within expectations for proximity to a large national park. Beer menu is pricier and limited. Service was top notch. Good option if you don’t feel like going elsewhere in town. Seemed busy and required reservations the entire time we were there, recommend planning in advance unless you like sitting at the bar.

Enjoyed our meal there.
The steak was huge and perfectly cooked (nice to share), some of the veggies were undercooked though in all plates.
The salad was missing a few elements (the candied pecans especially)
And they had run out of Prosecco.
The cobbler was delicious, the lemon tart was good but the pre-made pastry was disappointing.
They do require reservation (although not all tables were full) and apparently accept people around 9pm still.

Me and my wife really enjoyed our dinner here. Food was great and the service was excellent. It’s a classy restaurant and the atmosphere was romantic for the two of us watching the sunset while eating.
I highly recommend their set menu. It’s great value. We ordered the prime rib and half chicken from the set menu. The caesar salad and creamy chicken soup were good. The medium rime rib was excellent. It was quite big although the menu said 8oz. My wife could not finish it. It came with some veggies which was just perfectly cooked. My chicken was a little salty to my taste but it was acceptable.
The atmosphere was great. The restaurant was classy and nicely decorated. They server with full tablecloth, fine silverware and glassware. We sat by the large window overlooking a small garden. We ate while the sun went down. It was romantic.
I can see why people complained about the service. First we had to wait 25 min for a table, not because the restaurant was full, but because they were short-staffed. In fact, the place was pretty empty, only about 5 tables were there. We sat down and were quickly served with water and breads by Vanessa, a very friendly lady who was busing the tables. Breads were delicious and she gave us a second basket no problem. We then waited for another 15 min before the server came to us. It turned out the waitress at the front did not tell him he was our server. Anyway, Juan came and he was fantastic. He took our order and stroke a friendly conversation. He came back a few times to make sure our food was okay and refilled our water. Even the bartender lady came to ask us if we needed anything. I think a little understanding and patience will go a long way.

One of the best hotel restaurants ever! Very friendly staff, from beginning till end. Have been there twice, bot times were great! First time I had a Black Angus Filet Mignion and the second time a Prime Roast both Medium Rare. Prices are ok for good and delicious food. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for something little more expensive but good quality!

If I could give a higher rating to this place I would! I have never had better customer service from really every single person we interacted with at this place. Our great experience started right at the host stand with Travis who was super enthusiastic and caring, even checking in on us as we were leaving to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Our waiter Juan was very attentive and made sure everything was exactly as we ordered. Even the supervisor Jason was so kind and personable, taking time to make sure our baby was entertained during the meal. Everyone was so kind and sweet it really would have made me give 5 stars even if the meal wasn’t great, which it was. We started with the pork belly burn ends- delicious. Followed by my martini which was so yum and our meals, my husband got a burger with a salad which he loved both and I got the prime rib which was perfectly cooked and juicy and even my baby enjoyed it. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, staff were the highlight and the cherry on top to our great dining experience.

We chose to stay at the Best Western Squire Resort during Christmas in order to have a special Christmas dinner. While the meal was not what we had hoped for, the over the top efforts of the servers and staff was sincerely appreciated, especially Mason. While their cheerful and welcoming attitude brightened our Christmas, they instead spent their Christmas away from the warmth of their own families and friends. A hearty shout out goes to those who made an enormous attempt to make Christmas special for everyone else.
