For a Sbarro, the pizza was pretty good. Not sure what people expect from a place like this. It’s not Chicago. I had one slice of their New York pizza. I liked it so much, I ordered another. Service was great. You have to eat in a food court which isn’t ideal for ambiance, but it is a mall. If we ever hit this overpriced “Outlet” mall again, I will eat here again.

I ordered 2 slices of pizza and 2 fountain drinks — the total was $29. I don’t even mind the price that much if the food and service are good. But the drinks were basically just cups of ice — two sips and they were done, no refills. The pizza slices were clearly old: soggy crust, hard cheese, and barely warm. It felt like they just grabbed whatever was sitting around and served it without caring. Places like this are all about charging high prices while giving you the lowest quality possible. Definitely wouldn’t come back.NEVER!!

Zero stars. Had the pasta salad and gave me food poisoning. Tasted old, looked old, staff knew it, gave me an extra dressing because it was so dried out. I should have known better. I hope i can save someone else the same fate.

Pasta was supposed to be a cheese pasta but the sauce was watered down and pizza breading was hard. Would not recommend to eat at this pizza place only if you want to be disappointed and continue to be hungry.

worst experience ever!! both the food and the service were unacceptable. One of the cashier was particularly rude and unprofessional, which made the visit very unpleasant. (She lies to customer!)
On top of that, the hygiene of the food area was poor. so many flies on the foods. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and improves service attitude!!

Not bad at all! Service was great and food was pretty good too. Menu is pretty diverse. Only downsides I would say is it is pricier than I would have expected and when dining in I experienced a few flys that would not leave me alone. Besides that, my experience was great.

0 stars… horrible horrible horrible!!… they have kids making the pizza and they have 0 clue on what they are doing.. pizza was disgusting and even their service was bad… deff don’t recommend them what so ever.. ( after posting the truth about my experience with them , they still lie and say I was the one being rude… such a shame that they can’t take any criticism or feed back on their food and service and it was completely horrible.. young or old ,bad is bad and that’s what is was… disrespectful is what the manager of this place is..
