Great service
Looks very nice inside
Cons:
Food was bad
We had a great waiter which is the only reason I give this place 2 stars, without the staff place is 0 stars. Server was very attentive and would respond to all requests very quickly with was greatly appreciated. The food on the other hand is what I call “Mexican food for white people” It had no flavor at all, was cold, overcooked, not fresh ingredients at all. I even over heard people in the “Plancha” area saying they been waiting for like a hour for there chef to arrive. Meal for 5 people was $360 and was very regrettable. Lobster enchiladas tasted rubber and like canned green enchilada sauce for the store. Taco meat was all charred so tasted nothing but burned meat. Carne asada plate did taste like meat was marinated at all. Overall place was not good for the money spent. If the restaurant owner sees this, please don’t be afraid to add flavors to the food. Fresh ingredients, homemade sauces, lime juice and salt goes a longggggg way.
I also like the colorful dishes of Mexican food.
It is great when you just look for a good location for having something simple but delicious.
The kinda like Japanese teriyaki looked interesting to me.thinking I would be back here again and again.
We grabbed a few different margaritas, ordered the pork belly, nachos, carne asada potatoes & elote.
The drinks were definitely strong & the food was satisfying. Plus I loved that they were playing Mexican Rock en Español. The vibes were amazing & I will definitely be back.
The owners appear money hungry, greedy and business incompetent! They have clearly no idea how to run a restaurant, let alone a SUCCESSFUL one! Don’t cheat your customers, rule number 1!
Even the most exquisite, reputable top restaurants don’t portion cheat like this place. I left never wanting to come back. It was the most ridiculous experience I have ever experienced and I’ve been everywhere!!
The manager thankfully made it right in the end.
Still, we shall never come back.
When walking in, I notice the space is big, ambiance is beautiful, the view of the bar is spectacular, and there are tvs there showing the latest game. There was a birthday party going on when I was there, so they got a bit loud. Happy hour was ending, and you can tell they were having fun which I enjoyed watching.
Our waiter Andres was incredibly nice. Whatever we asked for he gave us and even provided us with recommendations and great info about the restaurant and the food since it was our first time there.
Now for the food, my fiance and I ordered the following: chips and salsa with salsa Frita, ceviche campechano-seafood ceviche, Caesar salad, Hanger Steak, enchiladas langosta. For the dessert we had flan and arroz con leche. And for the drinks we had Brezo Dulce, Yano Vuela, and Pasion y plata. What I loved about it all is that everything is made from scratch and the juice in the drinks are freshly squeezed. We enjoyed everything but the standouts were the brezo dulce drink, seafood ceviche, enchiladas langosta and omg the salsa frita was sooo good!
I can’t wait to come back here and try out the Private Plancha room with the chef experience. This place is definitely going to be in rotation for me in the future.
Beautiful decor, ambiance and plancha style cooking right in front of you like Benihana but Mexican style. ♥️ They even had a live band up front by main entrance.
Chips & Guacamole – bomb
First Course (Fideo Soup or Caesar Salad) – both were good
Mexican Fried Rice which came with Plancha was good
Kids had:
Chicken quesadilla – had to taste it and it was sooo good!
Chicken tacos – looked good
Main Courses we had:
– Halibut which was yummy
– Salmon – she liked it
– Pork Loin – delish
– Ribeye Steak – flavorful
All main courses come with their own different veggies
Dessert:
Flan – was pretty good
Churro chips, ice cream and chocolate drizzle – so yummy
Would absolutely come back!

Yes, David and I made and gifted our 1 year anniversary paper Mexican food gift: a taco and “Burrito Hammock” with pillow and blanket. Thanks for graciously accepting, Stephanie.
