The service is what lacked the most for us. Although The tater tots made a really good impression, not soggy at all. Amazing food and amazing prices so we will definitely come here again for that part.

I just visited this Depot Grill on Saturday. The food was amazing! The vibes were cozy and welcoming. We only had a short time to eat before we needed to get on the road again, but the server was very efficient and we had our food very quickly. Our Server was Sam and if you get her, you are one lucky duck! Thanks Sam! If you want a local place, check this out!

The food was AMAZING! 10/10 would get breakfast there again. Our personal server was friendly, fast, and attentive. It was too bad that the whole experience was overshadowed by the gossiping servers at the bar about other coworkers who weren’t present 🙁

A bit of a walk back in time at this old-timey depot restaurant. History in pictures is all around, and humorous sayings keep the smiles coming as your eyes wander the walls. The food was really great, prices reasonable, and the staff very accommodating & friendly! The icing for this place is watching a slow train roll by on the original (?) track, causing my mind to wander back to what it probably looked like there in its heyday.

food comes out fast, hot, and exactly what you want it to be. classic breakfast, solid portions, no gimmicks, no pretending. everything tastes honest. service is friendly in that small-town way where they actually care. prices are fair, vibes are cozy, and you leave full and satisfied

Great place. Clean, quiet, old school. This is how a place should look when you come to eat breakfast. Food was amazing. Had fingersteaks, chicken fried steak & eggs, mini burger patty & potatoes, and potato soup (which was amazing). Love the vibe here. Will be returning. The food reminds me of the food I used to eat at the Downtown L.A. Pantry when I was a kid. Thanks for the amazing food.
The wife and I showed up around 1pm on the Saturday before Labor Day. We didn’t realize they closed early at 2pm. I felt bad for that, as I am not that customer who shows up before closing. The staff didn’t seem to have an attitude about it, nor did they make us feel rushed. I tried to eat a bit faster than usual, but that’s just me trying to be as courteous to their time, as they were to us… I was really impressed. I may have to try the breakfast challenge next.

The all you can eat smorgasbord brings back great memories of this place. You couldn’t beat their prices or food back in the day. The Depot Grill is a legend that is still operating to this day. The food is always good and they are known making your dollar goes far. I recommend the Depot Grill.

It’s a rather unique old place to eat. It has been in business since 1917. The atmosphere and seating are worn and old, but the facility is clean. The Tater Tots and Fry Sauce are wonderful! The French Fries need improvement. They have the crunchy coating on them…ick. Crinkle Fries would be better than the fries with coating. I caught a glimpse of their homemade chips, and they looked pretty tasty and crisp. Their pricing was just right! Not to expensive. I will be back to try other menu items.

Great food, great service, and clean environment. This has always been a favorite place to eat since I was just a young girl. I have never been disappointed even at 2 in the morning. The only thing I would change is that they were still open 24hrs. They serve breakfast all day and great coffee!

Ever since we moved to the armpit of Idaho, we started searching for one small beacon of light to offset the sheer pain of being stuck here in Twin Falls.
The Depot is that beacon.
Prompt, and attentive servers.
We all have bad days, we all go through death, divorce, fights on the home front. Whatever. It’s life. As much as we’ve been here? One would expect to see some element of home-front strife in any of our assorted servers. You’ll see it in some of my other reviews. Life happens, and it occasionally manifests on your server.
Never. NEVER, has that been here.
Always cheery. Always courteous. Always smiling.
Happy to see they’ve made 100 years, and I don’t doubt will be a main stay for another 100.
Oh food? Yeah man. Wow.
Some of the best biscuits and gravy I’ve had. They’ve got it down. Light, fluffy,
Gravy is perfect. None of the “glue like” texture that all too often happens with that dish.
My kids pancakes today were off the hook.
Pics to follow.
These guys nail it on all facets.

Showed up with most of crew in tow.
Sarah knocked it out the park.
Food was on point.
Service better. Thanks guys.
