Amazing place. I would say it’s probably unexpected to find a place in Southern VT that serves authentic Turkish cuisine. Well, this place does, and if you don’t worry too much about spending quite a bit of money, and like Turkish food, this place is a must. The appetizers- we had the leeks, hummus, and eggplant, were extraordinary. Main courses were mainly cooked and served in traditional clay pots- a nice touch! I had the lamb which was outstanding. Other people in my group had lifte and chicken and all said they wished there was a yoghurt sauce, but otherwise delicious.
I really find, and so glad we were able to enjoy a most delicious meal there. Again, very pricey to the point of being overpriced, but a great experience.

My family came to this restaurant on a whim and man are we glad we did. The lamb kebobs, the branzino, and the salmon (all pictured) were to die for. We also had the red lentil soup and Ezme with bread to dip. I recommend you give this place a try.

Absolutely extraordinary and special. Insane!!! This was the last meal on our five-day trip, and after nonstop amazing food across Stowe, Montpelier, Woodstock, and Jeffersonville, this Turkish restaurant topped them all. Part Turkish rug/decor and restaurant, every dish here is made with such love, freshness, and talent – their homemade platters of incredible, fluffy bread from their brick oven, hummus, leeks, lamb entree, baklava, and Turkish coffee. Such kind people who own this place and run this kitchen – telling everybody and can’t wait to come back.
5 stars!!!!!

This place is as hipster and bougie as it gets all in the same mix. The place was very good all the food felt very, very fresh made from scratch I’d dare say. Got the red lentils soup it was green maybe they ran out of seasonings? Anyways everything was very, very good. Worth the stop. Hope you enjoy.

We stopped here for a small lunch and it was the best decision. We had the eggplant and lamb konya which comes on a hot plate still sizzling. The eggplant came with the yummiest bread and the rice had chickpeas. The lamb was tender and super flavourful. We even got a side of chilli that was the perfect condiment.

If you are in town Depot Cafe is a must visit! Their food is delicious, generous portions. I tried their hummus with soujuk and their meze plate it comes with a bread. Our server was really friendly, cozy place that would make you feel like at home. They have so many authentic decoration pieces around also for sale. Will be definitely visiting this place once i am back in town to try their other dishes.

What a wildly random place to find in Manchester, Vermont.
I would give this 4 stars all-around, as I am not totally sure this is a must-do kind of place here. While we found it better than expected, it was a little quirky in some respects. Though I cannot put my finger on it.
The atmosphere is definitely weird. The place looks like a textiles shops that decided to serve food. When we walked in the whole vibe was…confused I guess is the best way to put it? We came in late afternoon so it wasn’t really lunch, nor was it dinner.
Service was spotty. To be fair, the guy waiting on us admitted that he is not normally doing this and was covering for someone. So maybe that’s not fair. Nice guy, don’t get me wrong. But a little distracted.
Food was good. Not going to say great, but solid good. While I would go again, not sure we will pick this over trying something else in town first. We come through Manchester maybe once a year and we typically do not repeat restaurants. If we lived here we would come back.
Definitely worth the try.
