This is a very simple, humble place, it looks like somebody’s home. But don’t be fooled, the design-your-own-pasta was good and generous.. I highly recommend eating outdoors in the garden as it is quite congenial. Now just don’t expect highly refined food

We dined on the pool located in the back yard. Sunset so was great as there’s hummingbirds everywhere.

Lasagna was great. Garlic bread tasty. Pesto pasta was a tad too much mint tasting for our liking.

Will definitely be back.

My kids went in not long before closing time in the evening last night. I wanted a chicken parm sandwich that was technically from the lunch menu and they accommodated us with no problem. Food was to go. I was blown away when it arrived and I opened the box and saw the portion size ( It was huge!) and beyond that, I will say the sandwich was hands down THE BEST chicken parm sandwich I have ever had. My kids were born in Manhattan, and we have family in Brooklyn, so I’ve had my share of good, solid chicken parm sandwiches— this definitely the new gold standard in my book! Bravo! Thank you, Denver Olivos! Count on us to be regulars!!!

What a treat!! My dad has been talking about this place for years. We finally made it & it’s exactly what I didn’t expect. For off, it’s huge! And there’s seating in the pool! Denver used to work at Olive Garden in the US & his food is heavily influenced by their cuisine. Salad, breadsticks & pasta all were delicious!

The lasagna was delicious. We had complimentary garlic bread and the house white wine was quite good. We loved the colourful salad which had a homemade dressing – in fact everything was homemade including the delectable tiramisu. Keyla our waitress was friendly and attentive and Denver, the owner was the perfect host.

Kudos to Denver’s Los Olivos on Enero. While we eat here regularly, both Stacy and I were craving a pasta salad with grilled chicken. While it is not on the regular menu, we have seen it occasionally on his weekly specials. We decided to see if he could make it for us and he did. It was fantastic, just the right amount of veggies, the Parmesan was plentiful, and the chicken was grilled to perfection. The serving size was huge (we easily could have shared) and it was accompanied by his amazing garlic bread. Super yummy!

Delicious! Best Italian that we have had in a long time. All the ingredients are so fresh. Everything is handmade. Garlic bread was perfect, chicken parm, was amazing, and spaghetti and meatballs were perfect. Generous portions and great service. The courtyard in the back is pretty and quiet.

Wow, Such a wonderful night out. We’ve had a couple separate friends tell us how much they like this place (foodies). It’s at the end of 20 de Enero, just a couple homes up from Sterling Dickinson.
Denver, the owner, Really knows how to cook. His marinara has levels of flavor. Do not know how he learned to do this. Same with his pesto. And the pastas were Al dente with the garlic bread having delicious, actual, garlic! Not powder. Oh My We also got a good sized plate of grilled vegetables, seasoned and grilled just right (as Denver promised). This guy knows how to cook.
Samantha, our lovely waitress, was so attentive, as our friends and other reviewers have said. Pleasant and fast service.
A small, intimate place, And, we got seats In the Pool!

Delicious fresh Italian sausage, pasta, soup, salad and warm toasted bread at this local Mexican family owned restaurant in San Antonio. The personable owner is usually there. Casual dining. Quiet street just a block off Sterling Dickinson. Very reasonable prices, gluten free available, and you can choose the portion size you want.

Ordered take out and ate at home. Got the Chicken Caesar Salad with a side order of pasta… Fettuccine Alfredo (I split the chicken from the salad between the salad and pasta dish) Everything was delicious, the portions were hearty, the chicken was juicy, the Alfredo sauce and Caesar dressings were flavorful, pasta cooked well, and lettuce fresh and crisp! The owner was very friendly and welcoming and prices were fair. I will be back
