My favorite poke place in Denver. I’ve tried many places but this is hands down the best. Everything is super fresh and always delicious.

Best poke I’ve had outside of Hawaii! So happy to be able to eat the marinated fish for once since everything is gluten-free. Great topping selection. There were just 6 barstools inside and parking is paid in a garage or on the street. Pictured is a build your own bowl.

The sauce they put on the rice (or the salad if you choose that as your base) is ridiculously salty. So salty it burns your tongue. I’m not sure how they have such a fantastic rating when they cheat and add so much freakin salt. Also, when you order a bowl with white rice, be prepared to be served “green tea infused” rice. It’s literally green. What a bummer because this place is right next to where I live and I love a good poke bowl. Honestly, if you’re craving a poke bowl, maybe try a sushi restaurant within the area. Because the portion size isn’t worth the price either here…

First timer to DPC and very much impressed! Went with two of the signature bowls and the ingredients were very fresh and tasty. Can definitely tell that the fish has not been frozen as they claim and the mix of flavors and textures come out very well. Portions are solid for the $15/bowl price and the staff was on point, especially just before closing time. Logistic note: you can’t order online past 5:30, but walk-in was still available.

such a cute spot in the perfect location. met a girlfriend for lunch here and the portions were big, the food was fresh and the service was excellent. I am picky with poke and I will be back!

Best poke I’ve found in the area yet. Small space, just a counter and some outdoor seating. Fish is very fresh. Some esoteric ingredients here, which sets this place apart from others (sea asparagus, hijiki algae, enoki mushroom, etc). Bamboo rice base was very delicate and pleasant. They definitely experiment here with different flavors (Yuzu Basil ponzu?). It is pricey ($18ish per bowl), but quality is unmatched.
Parking situation is street parking, but I had no troubles at lunchtime during the weekday.

I got a classic bowl, spicy tuna and she got a build your own. Everything was fresh and very flavorful. The staff was helpful and patient with us being first timers. I got a lemonade in a bag which was also delicious. Serving size was ample and they have a larger bowl than we ordered.

The Pineapple Basil Bowl was out of this world good, perhaps the best poke bowl I’ve had. Generous portion of fish, warm & soft bamboo rice, and more types of seaweed & seasoning than I knew to be available.
Sizing up to a large is an excellent value, and could extend the bowl’s usefulness to two portions if you weren’t famished.
Wouldn’t think of trying another poke spot if I was local – this place earns my loyalty!

Denver Poke Company has been my go to place for poke for a while. It’s hard to find another poke place that has the level of touch in everything that goes into the poke bowl. I overheard the owner say one time “I would never serve anything that I did not think was delicious”. At first listen/read, this may sound a bit pompous but it really is true. There was not one time that I ordered a bowl here and thought “I wish this was different”. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order here. I would honestly give it more stars if I could. I would say the only downfall I can really think of is that during typical busy hours (Fridays, Saturdays, and after work hours), the parking can be a bit difficult as there is only street parking available (or expensive lot parking) on the very busy “Platte Street” but still totally worth it.
