I had a wonderful experience at Denny’s and was genuinely impressed by how clean and welcoming the restaurant was. From the moment I walked in, everything, from the floors and tables to the restrooms was spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the environment comfortable and hygienic for guests.
What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. I was greeted with a warm smile, seated promptly by Viney and checked on regularly by Alicia to make sure everything was perfect. The staff created such a positive and relaxed atmosphere that it made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.
Great food, exceptional cleanliness, and outstanding service this Denny’s location truly goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning!

I’ve been staying across the street at the double tree for 2.5 weeks and I’ve been coming here for breakfast and occasionally dinner. I’ve made friends with the servers. They have been a pleasure to with. The food has been great. Good team of employees honestly. I even remember Luis from three years ago. And he’s still just as nice now as from three years ago.

I took my family out for lunch to Denny’s in Union Gap and had a disappointing experience from start to finish. The server was rude and unprofessional. When we asked about the menu, she blatantly admitted she wasn’t knowledgeable and told us to just read the menu. She spent more time talking and laughing with another server than paying attention to us, which made us feel ignored. It took about 10 minutes for drinks to arrive, and during that time she was nowhere to be found.The meals arrived not hot, but rather on the cold side, which was frustrating given the wait. I attempted to ask for a manager due to the issues, but the staff was too busy to address it at the moment.I work in the fast-food industry, so I understand how busy shifts can be, but the level of service here was not acceptable. We deserved attentive, informed service and hot food. I hope management takes steps to improve training and ensure servers are more responsive, especially during peak times. Me and My family won’t be returning unless I see a noticeable improvement. I rather take my family somewhere else were feel cared and feel valued as a customers.. Come on Dennys is this why some of your guys location closing due to this type of behavior and customer server let’s do better Dennys..

The eggs are perfect. The pancakes look absolutely amazing piece of sausage piece of bacon 999 at Denny’s in Union gap and they have truck parking behind it at the super eight or RV parking.

Ordered take-out from Denny’s tonight. Overall, we had a good meal, but the service was so slow/poor it ended up taking away from the food quality.
We placed our order at 7:10pm in the Dennys app
The pickup time it showed was 7:26pm. We arrived at Denny’s at 7:26pm to find they hadn’t even started our order.
We then had to wait an additional 26 minutes for them to make the order. We left at 7:52pm to head back home. Talk about dropping the ball and making your customers pay for it.
I don’t recommend this location for this reason and would definitely suggest anything else in the area, especially your time matters to you.

Yesterday’s (January 4, 2026) service was very disappointing. The waiters Jayden and Jorge were very dismissive, rude, and they kept ignoring us. We asked the other waiter Jorge to bring us creams and it took him 40 minutes to bring them. When we asked for a new coffee because it was cold and gross, Jorge ignored us. Then we asked the waiter Jayden to bring us a new coffee and when he brought it, he said to us “DO YOU LIKE IT BETTER, ITS THE SAME THING” with an bad attitude. Like no, it wasn’t the same thing because the other pot of coffee was cold and disgusting. They also didn’t even pick up our plates and cups so we ended leaving them at the counter. We asked the other waitress for napkins and water, and it took her 40 minutes just to bring water and she didn’t even bring napkins. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!!!! I’m never coming back here again!!!!!

Never before have I had such terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for appetizers, another 30 for our Entree’s, then another 20 for the dessert. We didn’t get our side of fruit until the entire meal was already finished. Our server was practically nonexistent and we had to ask someone else for literally everything we needed.
