I had a great experience at Denny’s today, largely thanks to the outstanding host. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and genuine smile. The host was incredibly efficient in managing the seating, ensuring that everyone was accommodated quickly and comfortably, even during what seemed like a busy lunch rush. They were attentive, making sure I was seated at a spot that suited my preferences, and even checked in briefly after I was seated to ensure everything was satisfactory. Their friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills truly made my visit enjoyable. It’s clear they take pride in their role, and it reflects positively on the entire restaurant. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope the host gets the recognition they deserve!

I visited this location yesterday with my family the food was good and the service was amazing. I visit this location quite often and always see a young African American girl, She is very polite when greeting us and hard working. My family and I couldn’t help but to witness and over hear a problem she was having with the “manager” from my understanding she was asked to get something or restock something and I don’t think she quite understood what he was asking of her. He then starts yelling at her at the top of his lungs telling her what she should have done. My whole family heard it and our heads shifted immediately. I’m glad she was able to stand up for herself and asked him not to yell and disrespect her because there were three or four different people around and no one said anything. (Probably because they didn’t want to be yelled at themselves) she walked away and he still continued to say things under his breath. This behavior was so uncalled for and made me feel angry ,embarrassed and uncomfortable for her. Mind you this is the same guy I see every week behind the kitchen window yelling once again or throwing plates or arguing with the employees. For one as a manager or person in charge you should be A-LOT more professional and be able to talk to your employees with dignity. For two when I go into a restaurant with family or friends and want to have a nice meal I don’t want to hear a bunch of nonsense or screaming in the background. But not to dim the light from my server julio he was absolutely amazing, the service and food was great he definitely gets five stars in my book.

Today morning (Thanksgiving day), I visited this location and was greeted with a smile by my food concierge – Julie. Julie located a good booth for me. The place is clean, plays good music (not loud), and the food was good – All American Slam (my personal favorite) including a delicious original pancake. Coffee was good too and Julie refilled it with a fresh brew.
I found Julie to be thorough professional who provided me with a best-in-class quality service. I wish Julie and her family Happy Thanksgiving and wish her the best in upcoming year.

We were disappointed, I had their new burnt ends prime rib sandwich, cheese had already hardened no onions, very dry. French fries so much salt you couldn’t eat without scraping some off. My husband had chicken fried steak, very bland. Once again salt was very thick on French fries. Waitress never came by to check if everything was ok, no refills offered. We will not be going back.

The salad was wilted and looked old. As well as the cucumbers and tomatoes were mushy. Not many vegetarian options unless you love pancakes
I think they used vegetable oil that had 5% butter on the toast because the butter for the pancakes is completely different lol
Has browns were a old tasty it wasnt crunchy it was chewy

My waitress Julie was great – very nice, attentive, and added charm to my service. The food was presentable and, more importantly, very tasty. The space was clean and well kept. In addition, the food was delivered without an extended wait. I have been here many times during my travels to Albuquerque, and this place is consistent.

Worst possible service. Their website shows THEY are the ones that deliver your order but they sub’d it out to DoorDash. Our order was supposed to be delivered by Javier but some woman actually did, 45 minutes late. Food was cold and even reheating in the microwave couldn’t save it. I tried reaching out to the restaurant but no one ever answered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!! They are located in Towne Center in Albuquerque, NM.
