My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at this Denny’s location! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. Our server, Obsidian, was absolutely amazing—he was attentive, ensured we had everything we needed, and took the time to answer our questions and chat with us. He is such a professional and impressive young man!
We also want to give a shout-out to Cynthia and the manager, Samantha (?), who were both incredibly hospitable and kind. This has officially become our favorite Denny’s location. Great food and even better service!

The atmosphere was beautiful, clean and calm! After a hard days work our server Jay truly made it such a relaxing and fun end of night experience for us. He is personable and knowledgeable about everything around him. This particular Dennys has become our go to place when we want amazing food, service and feel at home.

This past weekend was our second time visiting this location and ironically got the same server twice Ana Maria ortez. She was pretty busy all her tables full but she still managed to get us drinks right away and I kid you not within less than 10 min upon arrival we were eating our appetizer which we were not planning to get but she made it sound so delicious and it was ( Nachos). She was extremely fast getting our food came back several times and smiled throughout the whole interaction I noticed that she did that with all the tables she had.Two other waiters and manager passed by and asked if we needed anything so overall. Service, food, rapidness, cleaness and politeness of this particular location was 10 out of 10 every employee we encoutered those two occasions, smiled at us and that’s hard to find in a restaurant in Albuquerque ⭐. I’m willing to travel those 55 minutes every time we want a good delicious enjoyable meal.

I loved my dinning experience here. The food was absolutely amazing! This is one of the cleanest Dennys I’ve been to in a minute. The staff was so incredibly friendly, my server Kia did an amazing job. She was very attentive and knew what she was talking about. I would come back here again.

Me and my family came to eat for breakfast. The girls up front were very nice and right away found a table for us. Ana maría has been our server twice when we’ve came and she’s always on top of everything. She is very sweet and always makes sure our drinks are refilled as she passes. If possible please give her a raise she deserves it!!

Well this place sucks. The waitress we had was nice enough but… everything else was meh. Asked for ice water and barely any ice. Got a salad and half the lettuce was brown, what the heck was on the bread? Mold? Coffee cup dirty and silverware. Unfortunate.

Our family always gets great service from waitress Kia at rio bravo Dennys… she goes out of her way to make her customers welcome with the same smile and happy attitude even under pressure she keeps her customers happy.. Absolutely horrible service and I will not be returning to this place. We came in january on my birthday for a quick lunch with my son and husband. Ordered and got our food and never saw our server again no refills, no boxes, food was room temperature, waited 10 mins for steak sauce while server sat chatting about his car to another server next to us. Finally called over a hostess and asked for our server but another boy walked out who wasnt our server. We then waited around 15-20 minutes for the check and nobody came so we walked to the front desk and the hostess had to remove 3 items off our bill that we ordered and the cake we ordered for my birthday and we had to leave all our food because we werent offered any boxes. Afterwards I called wanting my money back and the best the store manager could offer me was 2 free meals? Seriously 2 free meals when we had 3 people dining there and not including steaks? I got a sirloin for gods sake. I wont be taking them up on those 2 free meals why in the world would I return after horrible service and having to pay for my sons meal as well since we only got 2 free meals?

The fish was crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside. The chicken tenders were pretty good. The robot was cool. The restaurant was clean and waitstaff friendly.
