I really love this specific dennys location! The giant “family city” decor makes it feel especially local for a chain restaurant. came the day after Christmas, it was pretty quiet with only a few customers. we were able to be seated once we arrived, got a freshly cleaned table.
Our server was Ky, she was pleasant, kind and warned us that the wait would be a little than usual which wasn’t a problem, we appreciated the heads up. she made our coffee and it was delicious, our orders were taken promptly and watching her seat other guests and attend to multiple tables she was doing great. she even wrote “Thank You! :)” on our bill.
The music they play is chill and not overwhelming. (Think calm country music) our food was great. I’d recommend this location! Remember to treat the staff with respect and kindness and you will receive the same in turn. ❤️

Had to catch a flight Thanksgiving night and wanted to eat something before going to the airport – thankfully Denny’s was open! Got a double burger and fries. The Burger was great, but the fries were not. Chill atmosphere though – was surprised to see that many people at a restaurant on Thanksgiving, honestly.

Wonderful service. Walked in with 12 people and got our drinks, ordered, and food delivered all within 35 minutes. Our server Alexia was also training someone while serving us and did it all with a positive attitude.

The store was pretty empty. Our waitress sucked. If it weren’t for the lady bringing out food, we would have never seen the waitress again. She was just doing anything but coming and checking on us even though they weren’t busy. She just sucked. Being a server is not her thing. The food was ok, but my complaint is about the waitress.

My partner and i came in for a late lunch. The servers were super friendly and attentive. We were asked about our drinks as soon as we sat down. The food looked and tasted delicious. It was warm, the atmosphere was pleasant.

We drove a few hours to meet our kids and grandkids at the Orem Denny’s.
Nine of us came for breakfast on Sunday morning.
The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate our 1- and 3-year-old grandkids, who were a little impatient.
Drinks and food came out quickly.
I was pleasantly surprised that my medium-rare breakfast sirloin and over-easy eggs were cooked perfectly!
We were very pleased with the store’s cleanliness, music selection, and overall atmosphere.
If you’re on the fence about where to have a good breakfast, this place would be an easy decision.

I don’t really do reviews but I had come in earlier today with my wife and our son, we were asked for a drink order almost immediately as we sat (which is super awesome). Our server was so communicative, fast, and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed without us having to lift a finger. At the end she had even drawn cute Christmas drawings on our check and thanked us even though she was doing all of the heavy lifting . She was also very interactive with our little one too and it brought a smile to my face knowing she took the time to engage with him even when she had other tables. We hope to have her as our server again. I want to say her name was Eve or Ava? She had colorful clips in her hair and a positive attitude. The food was pretty good although prices have gone up but id suggest coming in when there isn’t a rush due to wait times.

A few buddies and I went here a bit ago one night and the food was kinda bad. My donut bites tasted off, was served with the most watery whipped cream instead of the frosting which did nothing for the flavor. On top of that I had whatever food residue that was left in the fryers also thrown in them. Hash browns tasted off as well.
