This is a Denny’s that is consistently clean, staffed with great waitresses and food is hot and fresh. We always go to Dennys following car service. We drive an hour for car service, then choose Dennys for a great breakfast afterwards. They are one of the few places who knows how to properly cook an egg sunny side up. I almost don’t want to share because I don’t want it ruined. Our small town of Henderson has a Wonderful Denny’s. We always end up here after long day or drive back from DFW and we want to eat before we go home. We love the night Crew. We know that Not all Denny’s are created equal but ours is Awesome! Aurora was our waitress and she was fantastic. The food was delicious as always. We had the pot roast melt sandwich and the sirloin steak and eggs. The food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly. We love the Henderson Denny’s.

I’m just not big on Dennys , hence the 4 stars. Staff has always been super friendly and helpful. They even sang our daughter happy birthday without even asking for it. So no complaints other than I’m just not a big Dennys fan.

This will be my last time going to Dennys, at least the one in Henderson. The young lady that helped me was wonderful, but the food was horrible. I got the chicken tenders and it was clear that they have not changed their oil in a while. They were extremely dark and tasted horrible. I only ate one of them and paid $9. The chocolate milkshake was very good. I have given this Dennys multiple chances, but they aren’t improving. If they changed out their oil more often, that would improve the quality of their chicken.

While we 3 had to wait an hour for our meals to arrive after ordering because Denny’s was the only restaurant open Christmas Eve, our waitress, who was always pleasant despite being extremely busy, kept us informed of the status of our order which reassured us we were not forgotten. We all enjoyed our meal.

Horrible service! Waited about 5 minutes to be seated and then waited 10 minutes and nobody came to our table. Three servers were standing behind the bar talking the entire time. Left and went to Sal’s Italian Restaurant and received excellent service and food.
