Please, just please close this place and give up. We only go to this Denny’s about once a year just to see if it’s gotten any better and as expected, it has not. The last time we were there the cook lost his mind and started screaming that happened again this time just to find out that’s actually the manager. Why they keep bringing this guy back I don’t understand. He has zero customer service skills having a temper tantrum while doing your job isn’t professional whatsoever. At one point, he even went outside and our waitress had to go out there and calm him down while he was yelling and screaming.
On top of that, we asked for our fries to be well done and they came out undercooked. The waitress took them back to have them fixed 20 minutes later they weren’t even dropped. Shannon was the waitress and literally the only bright spot on an otherwise horrible night out. She had a great personality and tried to remain positive. I’ve seen that there is yet another new GM, but they basically just brought in a new captain on an already sinking ship.

I want to brag on Denny’s in gunbarrel today went in there and had the best service I’ve seen from there in a while so attentive the manager Dakota the way he takes care of people and make sure everything is right keeps his store clean. I am so impressed. It is such an improvement. I will definitely be back And hopefully have catering orders with y’all now that I know that they will be right!!

We had a great breakfast this morning. Our server, Heather, was very pleasant and helpful. The super slam with strawberry sauce was so good I made a happy plate. Curtis enjoyed a chicken fried steak for breakfast. Clean and comfy place.

Brought my 3 kiddos here on Friday for the first time in a long time! Food was amazing and we had a good time. The place wasn’t too busy around that time and the manager Dakota even came out and said hello and made sure our food was good! So glad he’s back!

Went here tonight with my daughter and my niece! The moment we walked in the door we immediately were welcomed with a smile. My daughter is only 18 months old and can sometimes be A LOT to deal with but our server Shannon and the Asst GM Dakota showed so much patience and were so kind. I chose to sit as far away as I could from the other customers, hoping to avoid my daughter disturbing anyone else. My husband and I ate here both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. And honestly it is what most normal people expect, this is the ONLY restaurant open in 3 cities. So you should expect a long wait. Each night from the time we were seated till we got our food was 1 1/2 hours. Our waitress was Shannon and she was amazing…. She kept the coffee flowing and had a great attitude considering it was chaos in the whole building.

It was really yummy. I got the plate licking chicken fried chicken. Lol thats the actual plate name. I ordered a switch from a side of broccoli to rice and kept the home style potatoes as my other side. Both were very tasty. It came with two nice sized pieces of crispy fried chicken. I ate my entire plate! The other party at the table ordered a roast beef sandwich and enjoyed it. No complaints. Probably the best food I’ve gotten at Dennys. 🙂 I will go back.

shannon is a great server infact she’s wonderful and definitely knows how to put a smile on your face she was quick to let us know it will be a minute but honestly we still got out food and drinks pretty quick. food couldve been better but hey we still ate it , and it was quiet but still a lot of people making sure everyone has everything they need and keeping up with bussing the tables ! with that being said you got 5 stars from me Shannon and I’ll be keeping your card.

The service was good. The food was horrible! Went for breakfast. The coffee tasted old and bitter. The country fried steak was small and tasted like something that came out of a vending machine. My over medium eggs were runny. The hashbrowns were bothe burnt and under cooked. The toast was cold. Even the coke tasted bad..never been someplace where EVERYTHING was bad..and to end this experience, it cost us $53.00 for 2 regular breakfast plates..will never eat there again!
