Yesterday, took my family (3 of us) to Denny’s for dinner. We went early due to the weather. We were the only ones in the place so I assumed our food would be really good.
They completely screwed up most of our 3 orders. Forgot my chicken fried steak altogether. So all I had was eggs and undercooked hash browns. 10 minute wait on the steak. They forgot the cheese and onions on my wife’s hash browns and then she got undercooked hash browns as well.
For a $63 meal (after tip), I expect better. Especially when it’s as slow as it was.
Probably won’t be back for a long time.

Me and my mom went here earlier this morning, it was busy as expected. That’s not the problem though, our server took almost 10 minutes to greet us, and get us drinks, after we ordered, we didn’t receive all of the food we ordered. We asked her if we could get the items we were missing and we were told “I’ll get that going and I’ll be right back with it.” She never once came back to check on us after our (partial order) food came out. I did find her about 30 minutes later after finishing the food we had, she saw me, her face paled and she ran back to the kitchen and hid there. After about 10 more minutes, 40 minutes after we asked her about the rest of the food, we just got up and spoke with the manager. The server didn’t bring the bill, never once checked our drinks, asked us if the food was okay. Nothing. I’m quite disappointed. Turns out after speaking with the manager, she didn’t put our full order in. The manager made it right, but we will not be back again. Tip from me, a server and manager at my job, please train your wait staff better because this shouldn’t have happened.

The food here was average, not to bad but not the best. I advise you to get the cheese sticks because they’re really cheesy and the marinara sauce brings together the flavors. The service was slow for a restaurant with such little clients, but the staff members seem respectful and courteous.

First time trying Denny’s food and I really enjoyed it. Good pancakes and delicious eggs. Our server Hector was polite and attentive. I would definitely come back whenever I’m in the area.

The food is incredibly good, but the service is abysmal. I waited over 8 minutes to be seated and another 15 minutes before walking out because nobody was taking my order. The place had barely any customers so it wasn’t too busy.

The food was very good. Our waitress was atrocious. She seated us and took our drink and food order. Brought our food out. Didn’t offer refills on our drinks. Never returned to our table after that. She was NOT busy either. I finally flagged down the manager to get a to go container and our check. I’d go again but I’d absolutely request a different server if I found out she was our server again.

Update 3/26/25: Came in for breakfast and started with a Carafe of coffee, that’s new, so nice to be able to do your own refills like Perkins. Cassie was a new server for us and she was really nice and friendly, fast service too! The pancakes are still the best at Dennys. The Classic Eggs Benedict were okay. I found the hollandaise sauce a bit much and too much sauce. Still enjoyed breakfast.
Update 1/25/24 We came in specifically for the Bourbon Chicken Skillet and a side of pancakes (See picture). It was terrific, perfect brunch (Available starting at 11am). Service from Hector T was great as always. This Dennys location has its act together and the cooks are much improved post Covid. Don’t believe any of the 1 Star reviews!
Not 24 hours, but open at 5 am! We ordered the Super Slam breakfast which is NOT on the printed menu for only $7.99! I took a screen shot from the Dennys Online and just asked my server and yes you can order it. Great value – 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 pork sausage, 2 pancakes and hashbrowns!! (See video).

I haven’t been to this dennys in 16 yrs because the last time I went was for junior prom and all of us got food poisoning but hey wanted to give it a try and I should have just stayed away. My boyfriend and I got there at 7pm and didnt get our food till 740pm . The waitress admitted why it was taking so long was she dropped my bfs food. My food must have been sitting while they had to remake his because my food wasnt even hot.
