Stopped in here to eat after work. The guy working was new so not really his fault but he messed up the orders. The waitress that came in at 5:30am really saved the day by fixing everything. She was fantastic. I ordered 2 pancakes with bananas and strawberries with a side of hash browns, sausage and bacon and the food tasted pretty good.

The food is delicious, our server Rachel and Nala was soooo nice even tho we had to wait for everything because they were understaffed. I am satisfied with everything and will be back again. I wanted to thank the cooks, too. The stake and eggs were cooked perfectly, the Santa Fe skillet was delicious, and the beetle juice cheese stick sandwich was surprisingly good, too.

I’m not gonna be much assistance to review the food, being that every time I’ve tried to dine here has been unsuccessful. It has either been randomly closed, or I get tired of waiting on someone to greet me, let alone take my order.. it was after 10:00p (which fits in the guidelines of the 24 hours). I mean, it’s not that big a deal, I was obviously having a rather disappointing day to begin with, as I was about to eat at Denny’s. If I were smarter, I would’ve attempted to go earlier, so that if they were closed, at least I still had Home Depot.

We came in for dinner for the first time since before the pandemic. The food was as good as we remembered it, if not better! The prices hadnt changed much, to our relief! There was just one guy working the floor, Mike. Despite working front of house on his own, he was friendly with everyone, and never let the stress show. We never had to ask for refills, he brought us drink refills several times. He had 5 tables, seated us, served us all with a smile, rang us all out, and bussed the tables. Thanks for the great service Mike! We’ll be back!

I had one of their regular waitresses at night around 930p this past Thursday. My friend and I had a blast! Not a fake review! The service was much better this time around and the banter between our waitress and the cook was hilarious. The food was great! They didn’t have everything but they made up for it! I will only go if I get Rachel again

They were short handed so it took a while to order and really long time to get the food. The waitress was very nice a 60 yr old woman . Food was good and consistent with what it was years ago. Which is a good thing.

Uber eats order of what should be Chicken Fried Steak and Country Gravy! When I asked to speak with the manager and started complaining about this meal…..the manager assured me SHE prepared it perfectly! Excuse me? If the store manager is ALSO preparing the meals…..that’s a big problem!! There’s not a chef or line cook in the world that would ever call this chicken fried steak and gravy and dare serve it to the public as such! It smells like the old, burnt grease it was cooked in. The manager/cook readily admitted that she typically only adds about 2 tbsp of gravy on the steaks! Most people use more than 2 tbsp of gravy on their potatoes! The manager/cook kept trying to reassure me that this was cooked “textbook” perfect and was genuinely perplexed as to why I was complaining! It went straight into the trash after I snapped a photo for the world to see. She said she’d give me a refund which I should see in 72 hours. We’ll see. Denny’s of Highland Heights, Ohio on Wilson Mills Road……DO BETTER!!!

The food was just alright. The apple crisp caramel ala mode was fantastic though. Our server for breakfast we great! However, our server for dinner was not.
