Our party of 4 came in for Sunday breakfast. Rachel is awesome! She took very good care of us. Everyone there was very friendly & attentive. My ‘Rudolph’ Grand Slam was cute & tasty too.

Denny’s is losing its touch. This place used to be one of my favorite places of all time especially late night on a bender. But recently every time I go in there it seems like the waitresses are very angry and don’t want to be at work the and it takes forever to even get a seat. I think Denny would be upset if he really knew what was going on. hey give them credit though the place looks amazing Immaculate probably should though considering they never have any guests in there either. Also not sure what kind of scam they’re running but Burger Den being run out of the kitchen kind of sketch if you ask me

Destiny was amazing!!!!! Very sweet, humorous, and very attentive. Didn’t forget to check on us and always had us on point!
We enjoyed her service she gave.
And definitely loved her for joining into the humors we had about my husband not eating dinner and his table was in the bathroom; We then told her how he was a big child she came back and gave him a children’s menu
She enjoyed our loud laughs and even when we were done eating and stayed to watch rest of the World Series game. She was still attentive to us and making sure we didn’t need anything!!

Do not think I will ever be back. The omelet cheese was not even melted. We waited over an hour to receive our food. The waitress was phenomenal though. She just needs to be at a more organized and staffed facility.
I guess we were supposed to use the food on the ground at our table upon sitting as an appetizer.
Check the dishwasher . It is not cleaning your silverware.

There were only two waitresses for a huge crowd, but Tasha was friendly, cheerful, and awesome. (We were there at 10:30pm and she’d been there since 8am!) She kept our coffee hot, got our orders perfectly, and kept checking on us. The food was great! We will definitely be back.

First off let me say Dennys breakfast is my favorite! So I was so disappointed to see this type of food coming from them. There is a new manager/cook. I ordered over easy eggs and she only cooked them on one side and flipped them onto my plate. Literally they were only fried on one side. To beat it all my eggs were not cooked and my son’s waffles were burnt his and eggs were cooked the same way also. How she managed that is beyond me. I ordered hash browns, two eggs and pancakes, all I could eat was the pancakes! I was so disappointed because I was so excited to take my kids there and it was so bad! I know this Dennys has had better food because we have ate here in the past. Our server (Rachel) was very nice and helpful and unfortunately had to be apologetic for something beyond her control. I tipped her well because it wasn’t her fault. I hope they get it together before our next visit.

The waitress Jennifer was Great, we had no problem with her, she was very nice. The one issue that stood out was the Hash Browns. They were crunchy. Not the cooked well done crunchy which would have been okay, but they were raw crunchy. Do Not get Hash Browns at this restaurant….ever!!!! The Philly Omelet was good, the toast and coffee were good. The Grits were to soupy probably because of the mound of butter that was in them. The Amount of food was enough and I was full. Overall so so meal. If the Hash Browns had been cooked I would have given a 4.5/5…

Food was good. The best hash browns I’ve had. The pumpkin pecan pancakes, the syrup was super sweet! The double berry pancakes were packed full of blueberries. Would go back. The employees were really nice.

Let me start by saying, we love Denny’s, or we DID, but apparently they have changed some things. In fact, a few years ago I went to this specific restaurant THREE times in the five days we were here. There were six of us in the group, two of us had burgers and everyone else had breakfast. That’s one thing I’ve always loved about Denny’s, full menu all day. I have eaten at different Denny’s across the U.S; from the east coast (Virginia) to the western US (Cheyenne, Wyoming) and they have been consistent with their food. However, they have began to serve different burgers for sure. These are more like the thin, tasteless patties that you get from the freezer section at a grocery store and can heat up in the microwave. On top of that….the gravy. Oh my. Disgusting, it had a sour, almost canned cheddar cheese sauce flavor. The hash browns were cooked in what I can only guess was decades old oil that left such an aftertaste behind that we needed a refill to wash it away. On the bright side, the eggs were good and the seasoned fries are still excellent. Unfortunately, I do not think this was an isolated incident, but a change to their menu ingredients corporately. If you’ve ever read any of my other reviews, you will know that I try to put a positive spin on them, taking into consideration the type of restaurant and reviewing it as such. I don’t expect a Michelin star experience from a fast food place. Without exception, all six of the folks in my group thought this was the worst food we have ever had at any restaurant. I would give the food zero stars if that was an option.

Enjoyed value pricing on meals & the flavor was wonderful! Nice to see the staff helping each other get the work done and making customer service a priority! Nice to meet manager Franklin & see how he interacted with and supported the team! He really made it a WOW experience!
