Some of the worst service and dining experience in a long time.

We arrived to this location shortly before noon. The parking lot was maybe 20% filled, so we didn’t expect too long of a wait.

There were two other tables ahead of us, with maybe 30% of the restaurant filled, and it took about 5 minutes to be seated.

Once seated, Drinks came out quickly. Then we were ignored for a good 20 minutes. It took walking to the front counter to get a refill and ask to order before a waitress showed up.

Once we ordered we were ignored for another 25-30 minutes. No checking on drinks, no checking in, nothing.

Then all of our food arrived all at once. Both the Natcho appetizer as well our main meals. All of it slightly cold already. When we were ignored again. No check in if everything was good, no refills, nothing.

I love the designs of the building and the interior is pretty cool. It looks like an updated version of a classic diner.

The food is good most of the time.

Unfortunately the service is horrific. There were tables that were seated after us, that had food before someone came to take our order.

We have visited this location before, and service tends to be on the slow side, but today was the last time we will come here.

Thanksgiving 2025 I went to my very first Denny’s and let me tell you it was the best thing I ever had in a while, my server was Tiffany and she was really nice and she helped me enjoy my first time at a Denny’s , I will be back for some nice breakfast or lunch in the future

Service is always horrible. Takes forever to take your order, takes forever to get your food and it takes forever to get your check . Even when Noone is there it takes forever. If you eat here better plain on a two hour ordeal that should have only took forty five minutes total. The servers are always in the back talking instead of checking on the customers. The food is usually cold by the time you do get it. It is even worse if you go after 8 pm. The night shift is the worst. They could care less . Horrible place. Go to the waffle house and safe time and money.

Been seated for over 20 mins and still haven’t had our order taken not even a drink order. That’s just poor service. Should have went to the one off reidville rd. Waffle house has better service than this.

We always stop at this Dennys on the way to grab our Christmas Tree each year. Heather provided exceptional service and was delightful! Very engaging with our two little boys as well. She is top notch! And the manager (Lisa) was very pleasant as well. If I could give it 6 stars I would! Can’t wait to come back.

I went to Denny’s for dinner as I like their food, we were met promptly upon entering and shown to a booth, the waiter took our drink order and never returned. Two more parties came in and sat down, received their drinks and their order was taken. The same waiter who took out initial drink order wait d on another table and never returned. Setting there for about 5 minutes and no one acknowledging we were there we decided to leave. On the way out the same waiter who sat us and took our drink order looked at us as though he’d never seen, promptly asking us how we were doing, at no point did he ever realize that we were the couple he’d just say a few minutes ago. In addition the manager saw us walking out never spoke to us or even questioned if we had paid, absolutely nothing. I have to laugh at the situation for how ridiculous it was. Well hopefully this isn’t the norm and the food and service is normally really good, although I won’t be able to tell you because I’m sure it’ll be a long while before returning.

I don’t even know where to begin…
First off I want to say that I work at a restaurant so I understand if your busy and overwhelmed and are struggling to keep up, but with that said you should still give the best service you can or at least communicate that you are busy.

It took around 10 minutes for our server to greet us and then it took another 10 minutes for her just to come out and say she forgot our drinks. She was visibly irritated and annoyed with us. And it wasn’t like we had a complicated order we ordered two chicken strip meals, a stack of pancakes, and bbq chicken sandwich. It took around 45 minutes before our food even came out and we were missing our stack of pancakes and she said a chicken strip had fallen on her trey. She was not apologetic at all it was like she didn’t even have any other emotions except annoyance.

When we went to check out it took her 10 minutes just to split the checks. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. And you could tell she was treating all of her other customers that way as well.

I know places get busy. But at the one hour mark I stood up to leave as we didn’t have our meal. The waitress showed up at the same time. My pancakes in the picture, looked more like toast and was luke warm. My actual toast was room temp. My eggs had some left over stuff from the grill. Glad I turned it over before eating them. The wife’s eggs were Luke warm and dry. The hash browns were room temp to the point the oil had solidified. Just overall a bad experience. The waitress was very apologetic for everything and did not charge us. That’s good because I didn’t eat mine. I may go back for to see if it has improved under the same conditions. If so I will update.

The staff here is great but the chefs must be busy doing something else than cooking your meal! It has almost been a hour at this point just give up and go to another restaurant for a shorter waiting time. (Update hash browns uncooked, eggs raw, bread un toasted this has made me want to remove a star.)
