We stopped by Denny’s on our way to a soccer game this morning, and it was a great experience! Our waitress, Dusty, was absolutely wonderful from the moment we sat down. She was super friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our meal. The food was delicious, and the service made it even better. If you’re looking for a great breakfast spot with excellent service, we definitely recommend coming here. Thanks, Dusty, for making our visit so enjoyable!

I used to like going to this place, but I will never come here again to eat. The food and the service and the atmosphere was only okay, because we were judged by the time we walked in the door. Our waitress charged us for every little thing we asked for. If we asked for it, it had a price tag. We paid about $20 for extras. Like onions, she charged me twice because I ask for extra onions, Ranch dressing, and extra tomatoes….etc. I am a very good tipper, so I informed the waitress that she’s messing with her tip. The bill was like $76. I started not to leave her a tip at all, but she’s lucky. I left her five dollars tip. She can add the $20 worth of extras that she charged us, to her $5, and that’s her $25 tip. The reason why I did that to her, is because she thought we weren’t going to tip her. That’s why she charged us for all the extras.

The staff here is so nice and thoughtful, especially Dusty!! She is so kind and thinks of everything! She didn’t want my pancakes to get cold while I ate the rest of meal, so she brought a heated plate to cover them and keep the fresh and warm, seriously the best!!! I stopped here while waiting for my car to get serviced, kinda felt like I was at home! They even had an outlet in my booth so I could work on my computer and sip my yummy hot coffee! All Stars!⭐️

Brunch on Dec 25th, it was packed up like cord wood. The wait staff was hustling hard. The cooks did their best to keep up. Food tasted good, but I dislike limp, under cooked bacon. Prices were good and parking was plentiful. Not really a very long wait for seating, considering the day.

Gabby was AMAZING!!!!!!!! She made sure our food came out in a timely manner. Her pleasant attitude really made the visit well worth it. I recommend you guys check out the new and improved Dennys in Jacksonville. The music, the energy was worth the visit.

They brought us in with the $5.99 deal, but I think only two meals actually qualify. Unfortunately, it was super disappointing overall. The lighting was horrible, the food was okay at best, and they couldn’t even make a decent waffle for my daughter—it was hard as a rock (the manager did take it off the ticket, at least). Overall, it just felt like an old, outdated Denny’s.

I’ve been here a few time and I’ve never left a review. Today we went To a different place but it was packed so we decided to try a different breakfast place. It turns out Denny’s was packed too. In an effort to not spend the whole morning driving around we still went in to have some breakfast. Despite being full the service was very fast. Dusty did a great job taking care of us, she provided an outstanding service and was very attentive.

The dining area is clean and seating is always comfortable. Our server Ms. Tonia was excellent with how quick she responded with our drinks, food, silver ware and conversations. The food was good been here a few times. I had the Cali club sandwich this time which has fresh avocados and a great crunch on the bread. A good post workout meal honestly.
