Today I went to this Denny’s.
It provided the way I thought it would, except for ONE FLAW.. So, I order the Make your Own Grand Slam with 2 Eggs (Ordered them over easy) 2 Bacon Strips, Toast, and Pancakes. It came pretty quick, 8 minutes, not bad. The eggs were suspicious. I checked them and, what do ya know? It’s not cooked right. It’s not cooked AT ALL. So, I get it remade of course. They remake it, but with extra surprise. The surprise? It was greater than if my mom cooked it. My waiter was so good with service and understanding. So, I just wanna say, thank you, Denny’s Staff. 😀

Very dreary downtrodden feel. Took about 7 minutes to be acknowledged at the counter. She was friendly and the coffee was good. Show me a bad restaurant I will show you bad management.

Doordashers there twice today. Lost money both times. First time sat 20 minutes and they hadn’t gotten to the order. Second time sat close to an hour and had to cancel. Lost 50.00 in income. Waitress rude. Cook looked like he was doing more fooling around them work. On his phone alot. As we left a party of 3 elderly people left. They had been there 30 minutes. No acknowledgement no menus no drinks served. Waitress said I’m done with this doordash shit. If these orders pop up we will have to refuse

I went yesterday with my father and my son. They only had a single waitress and a cook there at the time, and approx 10 tables to run.
The waitress was so sweet, and although I could tell she was overwhelmed, she kept an amazing mentality the whole time. She was attentive, and spoke very nice to my son.
The cook was fantastic, and made everything to our exact specifications and everything tasted phenomenal.
Overall great experience, and I applaud them keeping such level head while understaffed and overwhelmed. Thank you for a great evening

I would give negative 5 if I could. My 5 yr old daughter loves Dennys ❤️! Me not so much and yesterday’s awful experience just reinforced why !! I orded a simple breakfast for dinner. My daughter the same. My daughter needed to go potty. We went to use the bathroom.
Prior to getting to the bathroom was horrible gag reflex smell. We entered the bathroom and I immediately started gagging and dry heaving
My daughter said someone mom, as she was plugging her nose while peeing. She finished and I immediately started puking my whole dinner. I brought it to attention of waitress and she replied “IM SORRY I DONT USE THE BATHROOM HERE “. And I get why.
The manager came over and explained they have plumbing issues and have to have it taken care of by a plumber every 3 days and they hadn’t been in. The waitress handed me my bill and thought I was gonna pay for something I puked up. This was the ONEIDA NY DENNYS. STAY AWAY !!

My boyfriend and I went here at maybe around 3 today and had a great experience. Our waitress was so lovely, extremely friendly, very attentive to our needs. I couldn’t speak more highly of her. Our food came out fast and was very tasty. The restaurant was clean. No complaints, had a great time!

I ordered a breakfast sandwich with hash browns. The hash browns were very undercooked tasting like oil. The sandwich was filled with grease I took one bite and grease just poured into my mouth. I told the waitress I didn’t want it because of those reasons. Then expects me to pay for something I didn’t eat. Also my 3 year old son was looking out the window in our booth and he grabs a hand full of the concrete cause the wall is falling apart. It was beyond terrible. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was atrocious. I’ll never go to a dennys again. I honestly only went cause my sister really wanted it.

Arrived to pick up my food was informed they didn’t have anything to make a salad that i ordered. came home and my fiancé cut into her steak and it was literally RAW, called to talk to a manager who was absolutely appalled that i was unhappy with the way my food turned out. she then gave me attitude and said “that’s the way you ordered it.” i told her “i ordered it rare not raw”. if Rome Dennys can close so can this location. Bring back Friendly’s in its place.

Food was hot and delicious. My steak was grilled perfectly. Get the fries and a side of gravy! Yummy! My kids loved it. Service was quick and friendly.

My husband and I considered leaving when we were first shown to our booth. The floor was very sticky the whole way. Unwrapped our silverware and had a dirty fork. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Against our better judgment we stayed, a couple of years ago it was one of our favorite places to eat, but I’ll never go again. When we did get our food my gravy was watery with clumps of flour or gravy mix sitting on top of my waterlogged food. I do not recommend at all.
