Amazing Rootbeer Float. Best vanilla ice cream I’ve had. I tried my boyfriends vanilla and chocolate twist, ohhhh wow. The chocolate tasted like smooth chocolate milk. So amazing.
Didn’t like the area but what do I know. I’m just an out of town visitor. I’ll definitely be back for another float.

Edit: I still love Dennys. But seems like prices went up a $1 per product per year. I get it, everything went up, but $5 seems like a lot for one scoop. Dennys used to be cheaper than others like creamland and such. But now it’s the same. Also, used to get ice cream and two milk bones in pup cup- now it’s just whip cream in a cup.
Always love coming over to Denny’s ice cream stand. It’s nice. This place is still in business after all these years. The younger employees are always polite. And the prices I feel like are better than cream land on the west side. Which I’ve always been a huge fan of that place anymore. It seems like their prices have went up a lot plus you hardly get any portion anymore. Believe me, ppl notice these things That’s OK yeah it’s more yogurt ice cream so it’s not like consistency like blueberry cheesecake, ice cream chunk. It’s also really nice they do a pup cup for Doggos. Be sure to tip the young employees if you can! Only suggestion is maybe I wish they did a punchcard such as buy 15 ice creams and get one free or something. That would help out the impoverished families a bit for fun. I also understand the reviews that say the place is sketchy. I mean. It’s parade street and Erie. But so far we’ve been fine. I could see homeless people starting something or even some trouble breaking out. I’m not sure how they would minimize this. Just keep a family vibe and environment as much as you can. Thanks

We were in town visiting from WV and stumbled on what turn out to be an amazing treat for us… Dennys! When my son asked what the Blue Moon tasted like, the worker immediately stated: “you must not be from around here”. I KNEW right then we were going to have an awesome experience.

With an eclectic crowd on a picture perfect summer night, we enjoyed Delicious soft serve, I had the orange vanilla twist, which oh my gosh I can’t even begin to say… My kids had the vanilla and chocolates, and we all just enjoyed it, we HAD to come back the next day again, and again. The staff was so friendly. DON’T MISS!!! (I asked if they sold T-shirts which they had great logos on the back, but was told no unfortunately.)

So this ice cream shop is located right on the corner in front of a laundromat and a car was that is also owned by Denny’s. There is a great selection of ice cream, sherbet, sundaes, soft serve and floats. People of all ages were there just enjoying a lazy Saturday afternoon. I had a double scoop in a crispy waffle cone. One death by chocolate and the other was banana cream pie. It was a dream. The flavors were spot and so rich and creamy. That cream pie was extra special with the crunch graham texture – I was not disappointed.

I was at Denny’s yesterday, Thursday, Aug 28 & purchased a medium size orange sherbet twist. Soooo disappointed as 3/4 of cone was vanilla & just a small amount of orange appeared to be the sherbet. Could barely taste it. Appeared to be just painted orange.

Used to be a favorite haunt would get milkshakes and watch the sunset at dobbins landing , it is wheelchair Accesible , family friendly staple for ice cream yogurt and sherbet . I doubt it has Wi-Fi access unless it’s thru the co located Dennys laundromat and car wash business . I will have to check . Being I can no longer drive a vehicle for health reasons it put an end to sunset milkshakes .I checked today and in fact it is a quantella free Wi-Fi zone at all of Dennys business there .

An Erie Staple for the best reasons- its not only tradition, its great icecream, sweets, treats, snacks, and quick bites. The highlight is absolutely the ice cream. From rotating flavors to iconic items that are always available. The service is fast and courteous. There’s a reason they’re almost always busy the entire season!!

Love the ice Cream but the Staff is rude and I was ripped off!! I ordered 3 medium Blue Moon cones, 1 Cookies n Cream cone, then one large Banana Split. The Banana Split was in a large cup but HALF was filled with whipped Cream. If I wanted a whip Cream Banana split I could do that at home. $30.00 Never going back.

Love the ice cream but the staff is incredibly rude. Wanted to order for my son went up to a window a teenager was standing at to order and they walked away and started laughing i politely waited for someone to become available but they kept staring at me and making fun of me for standing there without never even taking my order. No management ?
