This is a rare gem… a 5 star Dennys off the 114. Service was exceptional, food was absolutely outstanding and the restaurant was so clean. My friends ordered the T-Bone steak and said it was the best steak they’d ever had at a Dennys. Usually, restaurants serve the cheapest fruit here they served strawberries, banana and grapes! I was quite content with my sweet crepes, hash browns cooked to a perfect golden brown, two medium eggs and sausage. Definitely returning to this Dennys.

I travel often and from time to time I’ll stop at a Denny’s for a quick meal. It can be hit or miss but this one in Mojave was enjoyable.
I thought the waitresses were attentive to my needs, they made small talk, and smiled often while ensuring I had enough coffee.
The pancakes are better than at other Denny’s the cheif has a clear desire to go above and beyond. I’ve worked at places like this and it’s easy to just do the bare minimum yet when I’ve come here I’ve noticed the little details that made the experience of eating here a good one.
The atmosphere was kind of retro and the tables were very clean
The only gripe I have is that the bathroom stunk, the tissue paper holder was broken, and the toilet was dirty. Despite that should I come thru these parts and I want a quick meal I know where to go!

Great service and great food. Not every Denny’s provides a consistent dining experience with quality varying, sometimes considerably. Here, there seems to be care taken over the cooking and presentation. It was also great to find somewhere that actually did have Coke Zero and the full menu (not the ridiculous ‘holiday menu’.

Great food and our hostess, waitress, helper and angel was amazing and wonderful to speak with. Desi (hidden real name) was immediately helpful when I called in to report that mom might have either left her phone, wallet, money, cards, everything there or on the roof of the car. Didn’t find anything so had to head back to the home in hell. Will be back again!!!

We have been coming to this Dennys for a long time and we never had a so bad service like today. It is never great but we understand sometimes things go wrong. But today it was bad. First the coffee served was cold. Then my husband ordered an egg sandwich and the sandwich was cut and half and the egg was only in one side of the sandwich. We talked to the waitress and she said that she could not do anything about that. But she said she could bring another egg for a $3 more. It is not for the money, but for the service. It was a kitchen mistake and they should fix it.

We had originally gone someplace else to eat but they were closed. So as is, what happens with Denny’s is Denny’s at some place you end up. And we ended up at Denny’s. Though this time, I’m glad we did. The Banana Salted Caramel pancake breakfast that I had was really good.
