Waste of money . They don’t explain when you order the Chicken strips it’s only 2!!! And they give you the smallest one and there dry af You have make into meal to receive the other two. The eggs were sooo oily .

When we first walked in we were greeted right away and taken to a table. Our server Leilani has been the best server I have ever experience, she was attentive while also letting us enjoy our food, she saw my drink was low and as I finished it she brought out another one before I even asked. I forgot to say that we wanted ranch with our fries when I ordered them but when she brought them out the ranch was right there with our food. The food was very delicious and tasty, I got the Crepe Breakfast (so light and delicious) and my husband got the Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger ( it was very juicy and delicious). The rest of the staff was busy cleaning the establishment and doing their tasks.

We had a waiter on his first day, so I definitely tried to give grace. We got our food pretty quickly, EXCEPT for my wife’s and our appetizer. The appetizer was accidentally sent to the wrong table and my wife’s food didn’t come until the other five of us were finished with our food. I understand that it’s difficult to hire right now, but when I went up to ask about my wife’s food I was informed that they were backed up. That’s fine except that we had waited for our food and then should’ve been at the top of the list when my wife’s food wasn’t brought. Had some difficulty with other things, but they were minor, and I attribute most of those things to the waiter being a newbie.

I ate at the Akers location a few weeks ago and was very disappointed. The Mooney Blvd location was cleaner and staff was attentive. Server Tyler was great… kept our beverages full. The all you can eat breakfast will be gone soon to make room for holiday items and new specials. Mozzarella burger has 1 patty, sliced cheese and mozzarella cheese sticks inside which are very crispy and gooey. The strawberry cake puppies are a must try and you can order in 6 or 10 pieces (comes with frosting) and tastes a little like funnel cake. Great for late night dining as there are not many locations in Visalia open past 9/10pm

I absolutely hated my experience I was so nice and explained I wanted to see if my food stamps was going to work for just a smoothie. She understood but when my card didn’t go through she wouldn’t let me leave she said I had to pay for it even if I didn’t want the smoothie anymore. I can’t believe how mistreated I was for asking for help.

I went with my grandkids and my son and daughter with her husband and it wasn’t busy but the lady that sat us let us know that it would be a little bit for food. Which I thought it was nice for her to let us know before sitting us so we could choose to wait or not. The food was delicious.

Waitress was nice but the place was pretty busy so we had to wait a good while for drink refills. Also, the claw machine was broken.

I called this location in advance to see if we could use their banquet room for our 18 person party. I was told it would be available but would be a 15 minute wait. I told her it was perfect and would let my party know to head over. Upon arriving we were told to wait. then after talking amongst themselves and leaving to check with another, I was told it was first come first served. I explained I wasn’t trying to get in front of people but was told the room would be available after a 15 min wait. I could not get a straight answer about why things suddenly changed and they all seemed confused as to what to say or how to explain the change, including the manager (Prima) this was incredibly inconvenient and upsetting. We have elderly guests waiting outside and this was not kind. I would imagine there is a protocol for weekend and weekday schedules that they are all trained on. Today no one seemed to know who said what or why. It would have been appreciated if they had been clear to avoid this.
