Jose supposed manager and cook told me this was supposed to be mid well, after I complained he got mad,defensive aggressive and rude. Dennys need to hire people who actually want to work and serve paying customers. Steak was black in the middle. I have been a customer in this Dennys for 10 years and never had this kind of bad service and food. So shameful that a manager is this rude to customers.

I totally understood that there was no Internet so they could only take cash. When I asked for a salad they didn’t have lettuce or tomatoes! By the way the waitress also informed us they had no ice! At 100 degrees outside this was just unexceptionable. Enough is enough! Not to mention the wait!

As I sit here in the booth that we were directed to after a long wait time being on the tail end of 3 families that got seated immedianntely before us.. It takes a while to get served and to get your food. Lots of empty tables because not enough servers. There is a lot of money being lost as patrons come in and out because they just can’t wait. Owners got to do something they don’t want to do. Up wages, more specials and job fairs. The staff was nice. Our waiter was passing out his Realtor’s business card which was odd. He was not your typical server. He was nice but inexperienced. Newbie. I enjoyed my breakfast over all. The did have clean spoons or knives. We got plastic spoons to stir our beverages.

Out with the family for breakfast. Our server was Charlie. Had great pacing and followed through on all our order requests. Other servers seemed too rushed and often bumped into others or dropped things.

I was impressed by this locations ability to be almost completely full and very busy yet take our order and get our food to us very quickly. Our waitress was polite and on her toes and made us feel as if we were her only table. Great experience, really food strawberry and white chocolate pancake bites.

This place was worse then the truck stop. Customer service was trash. The smell inside the dinner was even worse, not to mention the bathroom that looked like you were using a back alley. It took almost 30 mins for two shakes, I wanted to leave and get my money back but I was already 30 MINUTES in so I hoped these were going to be amazing wrong I ended up throwing them away. At this point throw the whole cashier away. If I could give them less then 1 star I would. Four-sure will not be coming back

My hubby and I walked inside to have dinner because we saw the new specials advertised in the window. When we walked in, the hostess wanted to place us on the other side of the resturant. We asked to be seated on the other side because we didn’t want to sit there. The waiter proceeded to tell us that we could not sit with the other people because we have a dog with us. My husband has a service dog and needs to have her with him in public. The dog is fully certified by a professional who has 40 years training. I asked to speak with the manager, Jose, about the situation and that it is against the ADA laws to separate us from the other customers. The manager, very loudly told us he could not seat us with the other customers. Inappropriate and ingnorant behavior on his part. He needs to learn the ADA laws and how to treat disabled people appropriately. We left the establishment and went to the Hesperia Dennys on Main Street. It was a better situation and we were not questioned about the service dog. We won’t go back to this Dennys again.
