This is Denny’s, so a five star restaurant review is not really applicable. It’s basic comfort food. But what makes this Denny’s worthy of a review is their staff; they are welcoming and you actually feel like they care for your dining experience. The food and the atmosphere is wholly generic and what you might expect from this chain diner. Nonetheless, I continue to return to this restaurant just for the above-and-beyond service (a cautionary note, it’s very difficult not to overtip these workers)

“I was so impressed with my recent visit. The atmosphere has a fantastic energy, and the service was truly exceptional. Our server Elizabeth was knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. Every staff member seemed genuinely happy to be there and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect Morning. The food was also delicious, but it was the top-notch service that really made the experience stand out. We have been going to this Denny’s for years. About a year ago the waiting staff underwent a change. What used to be a good dining experience has turned into frustration. Drink refills are non existent. I’ve had to get up to get out waiter to supply coffee, water,tea refills. Today our food arrived cold and we sent the plate back. The waitress became rude and made some disrespectful comment while walking away. The place was empty but the staff seemed to be overwhelmed. I would not recommend this particular Denny’s

Location: Good, Parking: Good, Service:Good, Price for food received: Fair, Overall: Having just eaten at a Dennys in a different city I was happy to try the one closest to me. Now comparing is not the norm for me but in this case it was of interest. I literally asked for the same meal from the other location and yes it was not as good as the first order which did bum me out. Now if I were to compare it to the local IHOP I would choose this Dennys excuse they did have what I wanted. Just needs to work on preparation and final touches. I would go back…

My family and I go to this location on Sundays after church. This past Sunday, Susan was our server. I had to mention to the manager the great service she provided. She is truly an asset to this company! She’s always upbeat and cheerful . Thank you Susan for making our visit such a pleasant experience every time.
