The server Liliana was horrible, we came in a group of 5 at 3:00am maybe 3:30am. The crew and I all work night shift and we went out this night on our first night off. Just giving a background leading up to the situation so it’ll be a complete visual. I fell asleep at the table prior to her coming to take our order. I am unsure if my co-workers ordered before me which I doubt it because when I tried to order the rest of them continued after the waitress rudely cut me off and proceeded with everyone’s order. When I was in the mist of ordering I was asking about a new item on their menu and I had a few questions to get an understanding of what could be substituted for that item and she stopped speaking with me and proceeded to take everyone else’s order. After taking everyone’s order she never came back to ask for mines and I asked if she was going to continue with my order after about 5 minutes maybe more to see if she would ever come back to finish. This situation made me very uncomfortable due to the fact that not only was I ordering for myself but I was ordering a to-go plate for my child. After we got our food she then said that there was a receipt not paid for because it was a split bill and I said that we don’t have a problem paying, but before she even made that comment one of my co-workers forgot her receipt at the table and went back for it and that’s when the comment was made as she was approaching the front counter.

Before posting my review, I checked the existing ones, and unfortunately my complaint is the same. It is hard for me to believe that this location cannot hire more staff. There was only one person attending all the tables, which may explain why my family and I had to wait an entire hour for our food after arriving. When we first got there, there were only three tables occupied, but as more customers came in, the only server had to handle seating them as well.
Because of this, I must rate the management and ownership of this location as TERRIBLE SERVICE. Definitely, I will not be returning, and I can understand why so many other people left only one star.

I went to this Dennys the other day and the server Jimena did such an amazing job. She was very fast and efficient as well as very kind. 10/10 service will be coming again soon. 🙂

We stopped by for dinner and ordered a slam burger with spicy fries and chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, onion rings, and a strawberry lemonade. The food is always good at Denny’s and the service is great, there’s only one waitress working tonight, but she did a very good job. When everything else is closed there’s Denny’s to rely on, the menu has changed a bit and so have the prices on part of inflation. There’s plenty of parking with handicap stalls close to the front entrance.

I had the pleasure of engaging with Ms. Karl the waiter. She is awesome! She greeted me, provided me with a menu, and took my order without incident. My food was ready within 10 minutes and it was delicious! Thank you very much!

I had such a great experience at Denny’s today thanks to our waitress, Yesenia. She was absolutely amazing so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Her service really stood out and made our meal so much more enjoyable. The food was great too, but Yesenia’s outstanding service is what made the visit memorable. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers!

Nice chill breakfast experience at 6 in the morning. Good price to performance ratio. Buttermilk pancakes are bomb, as were eggs and hash and sausages. Bacon was a little mid.

I was here today morning and this was one of the best denny’s i have gone too. Graciela our server was amazing, she was fast, she was super sweet and would constantly ask us if we needed anything, she was always with a smile. Food was warm and enjoyable. I would 100% go again and I 100% recommend for Graciela to be your server to have a good service here at denny’s☺️.

Horrible service from management. There’s one server helping about 8 tables. All he’s doing is walking around putting change in the register while the server goes crazy dealing with all the tables. My coffee is cold, my food can’t seem to make it to my table. It’s been over 30 minuets that we got our drinks. This manager should be embarrassed to just be going back in forth into the office instead of helping the crew. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY SERVICE TO THIS LOCATION! NEVER!

Yesterday me and my 3 girlfriends walked into Dennys in Rowland Heights and we were greeted by a sweet friendly server Yesenia she quickly sat us down and brought us our drinks took our order and suggested we try the new pancakes on the menu which, by the way, they were amazing! She was very friendly gave us great customer service this is the second time we get her as our server and both times she’s been amazing definitely, we will go back.
