This is definitely our go to Denny’s! We have been regulars at this location for over 10 years, and continue to enjoy the location, its expansive menu, prices, and great service. This location recently went through a remodel and the El Monte sign and new seating looks great! We particularly enjoy having breakfast for dinner and Mimi’s service adds to our experience. Definitely will be back next

I was in the area running errands and arrived quite early, so I decided to grab some breakfast! The staff member was a pretty young woman with a sweet voice. I asked several times for refills of coffee, and one serving was quite a large portion; I felt it was probably for two people, haha.

Me and my dad love coming here. Mimi and her staff always take care of us. After coming here we can’t go anywhere else. Always great service. The recent renovations have it looking like a brand new restaurant. 10/10. You won’t regret coming here.

We usually come here late at night after exercising at the park, and it’s usually open on holidays and after other restaurants close, making it ideal for late-night meals.
The El Monte restaurant recently had a remodel, with more booth space for more privacy, new furniture for that clean aesthetic, and charging outlets at rach booth for phones, tablets etc.
The take-out ammenities are also great; you can ask for to-go containers for food and drinks. Our server tonight is Leslie, and she is always friendly and can give you good suggestions if you nedd help with your order.

an unsatisfactory experience. An employee mistakenly provided my order to another customer, who subsequently returned it. I was then instructed by employee to accept the order that had been previously taken outside. I declined this offer and requested a refund due to time constraints related to my work schedule. This request was met with considerable difficulty. I found one of the managers, Ellie M., to be particularly impolite. Conversely, I believe the other manager, Kaylee, made an effort to assist me. It’s a horrible experience. At one point the manager Ellie M’s actions suggested an attempt to attribute responsibility to me, asserting that such an incident had not occurred previously. It is important to note that this was a mobile order. My primary objective was to retrieve my lunch promptly as I needed to return to work. GET NEW MANAGEMENT THAT KNOWS HOW TO DO THEIR JOB, RIGHT!

I always come to this Dennys location , but now I enjoy the new look . It’s a great place the staff is always so helpful and nice Mimi is an excellent manager, Leslie , Dulce are great hard workers as busy as it gets at night shift I always get a warm welcome and the service is great .

I ordered a medium rare sirloin. When my order arrived, I realized my order was a steak. I told the girl that this was not the sirloin I had ordered. She angrily told me yes, which I told her. I came last Thursday and ordered the same thing and this isn’t it. She angrily told me, do you want that one or I’ll take it? I told her okay, I don’t want it and she took it in a very rude way and started talking to her partner about the subject. Very bad, I do not recommend it at all. In my house, I will not return.
