It’s a Denny’s so don’t go in expecting the world, but in saying that, this place was great! We stopped in for breakfast on our way to the Warner Bros Studio Tour and it was fab. We didn’t wait very long for our food at all, I had the chocolate banana pancakes and upgraded for 99c for the seasonal fruit instead of eggs. I didn’t realise it still came with a hash brown and sausages though, which made it a little too much food for me and I couldn’t finish, they did offer a box though! Special shoutout to the mango smoothie because this was the best smoothie I’ve ever had.

Honestly this Denny’s location use to be good. But over these past few months, the quality has gone down the hill. The chefs have lost their passion completely. Even if it is a franchise, they should hire people who actually care about serving up the food they put on people’s plates. Burnt food, overcooked patties, and chefs who can’t even cook bacon the right way. Burnt buns on burger. Everything is burnt. Something needs to be changed if this place has any chance of surviving. I usually order a burger here at Denny’s, which is my go to item. However in the past few months, it’s been absolutely horrible. For 20 bucks I don’t expect Michelin star food but come on at least a decent burger. And thats what it was before, but this location has toned down its food quality. It may be time close the location down or bring in new management. Or bring in new chefs. It’s embarrassing to say I eat here, and that’s truly bad towards the Denny’s franchise image. I surely will take a break from this location until they find their passion, or get new chefs who actually care about cooking food. It disappoints me that this location is where most elders actually go to. I know we’re working with the elderly people, but hey step up your game!

We come here often, my friend & I, and we always enjoy the food, service & servers. Everyone is always kind here and they go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and ask if you need anything quite often throughout the meal. They don’t rush us to leave either cuz usually when we meet up we’re there for a couple of hours and just enjoy ourselves and the food and the tea or coffee and just have a good time. I suggest you try them & order the wheat pancakes! Its my go to & I love them. Also, exchanging items in your meal is no problem! Love it here!

Place is happening! Had to wait a while, but it’s OK! Nice place to sit down and just enjoy a meal. It was a busy day, but I heard the guy at the front tell the back they lost the ticket, and the staff even forgot to take their own tips, that’s how busy they were –here in November, on a Friday morning. Took about 15 minutes to get seated, and then another 22 minutes before my food arrived. (29 minutes for my to-do order on top of that).
Obviously I highly recommend sitting at the bar by the kitchen where the food comes out. If you wanna observe the action of a hectic restaurant, that’s exactly the spot!
Food quality? Can’t complain. Standard dinner affair, no complaints! Marisol was fantastic! Thank you!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this Denny’s experience was next-level awful, thanks to our server for the worst experience, KIMBERLY .

Let’s start with the most shocking part: Kimberly dropped a fork on the floor, looked at it, and put it back on our table like it was totally normal. No apology, no replacement — just a straight face and a dirty utensil. I wish I were making this up. Ever heard of health codes, Kimberly? Because I’m pretty sure “floor fork to table” isn’t part of safe food service.

From there, things didn’t get better. The service was slow, careless, and cold. Kimberly barely checked on us, got our order wrong, and made the whole meal feel like we were a burden just for showing up. And after seeing the fork fiasco, I couldn’t even enjoy the food — who knows what else went on behind the scenes?

This wasn’t just bad service. This was unsanitary and unacceptable. I’ve lost my appetite and my faith in humanity — or at least in Denny’s.

Health department, if you’re reading this: you might want to stop by.

Robo server is interesting and yet disturbing.. . Servers already make a unfair hourly rate(my opinion) now here comes AI to help? Too replace in the near or not so near future? do you tip the robot? Will it raise the menu prices? OH YOU BET, does it benefit the customer? NOo(my opinion)…
