My husband and I decided to go to Dennys after an appointment. It was early dinner, about 3:45 when we got there, so it was not busy at all. Our server was very attentive, it was only her third week and she was doing an excellent job! We got our food quickly and correctly. The vanilla berry crepes were AMAZING. The hash browns with them were lacking but with the egg mixed in with some hot sauce and ketchup I didn’t notice as bad how few there were. The country fried chicken was not the best we have had but it wasn’t terrible either. The potatoes were really good. The “welcome reward” we got of mozzarella sticks were kind of eh. Not great not bad. The star of the meal was definitely the crepes and the maple syrup filled donut holes! They were both wonderful. The staff were all pleasant and seemed to get along well. It was a very enjoyable meal. I hadn’t been to Dennys since I lived on the east coast, I’m glad we came. We will be back!

I went to Dennys on Thursday the 19th around 6:30pm. They were pretty busy, Ana was my server. She was very polite and attentive and had a great attitude. My food came out on time and it was very good. I will be coming back.

Excellent all around! A special shout out to Danny, our server though. He is one of those individuals with that kind of energy that just feels really good-such a genuine, personable, humble, eager to please and be of service guy. He deserves a raise or bonus!
This place is tastefully designed and very clean. The food was delicious. You must ask for the special menu with the low price classic grand slam breakfast options. Highly recommend and will be back!

The manager, April, was cooking and felt she needed to ring the little bell at least 10 times back to back. She did this twice that I heard. She was also making snide remarks to the servers making them imitate the attitude she was displaying. Our server, Kristin, is very nice and pays attention. But even she was feeling the undo stress the manager was causing. My wife and I go there at least once a week. However we may reconsider this after seeing this display of leadership at the store on Gail Gardner.

I don’t usually leave long reviews, but after the experience I had at this Denny’s, I genuinely felt like it deserved to be shared — especially because of the incredible service from James and Ozstin. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was going to be a better-than-average visit, and it ended up being one of the best dining experiences I’ve had at a Denny’s (or honestly, at many restaurants in general).

First off, James was absolutely outstanding. He was my main server, and I cannot say enough good things about him. From the very beginning, he greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and a positive attitude that instantly made me feel welcome. You can tell right away when someone truly enjoys what they do, and James is one of those people. He wasn’t just doing his job — he was going above and beyond to make sure my experience was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free.

James was incredibly attentive without being overbearing. He checked in at just the right times, made sure my drinks were always full, and never made me feel rushed. He took the time to explain menu options, offered helpful suggestions, and even gave honest opinions when I asked about certain items. That kind of service makes such a big difference, especially in a casual dining environment where sometimes you can feel overlooked or like just another table. With James, I truly felt like a valued guest.

What really stood out to me was how kind and patient he was. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. If I had a question, he took the time to answer it fully. If I needed anything, he handled it immediately with a great attitude. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, and James absolutely nailed that balance. He made the whole experience feel easy, relaxed, and enjoyable.

On top of that, the food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. James made sure everything was correct and even double-checked that I was happy with my meal after it arrived. It’s those small touches that really show how much someone cares about their work and their guests. Because of him, my entire meal felt elevated from a typical diner visit to a genuinely great dining experience.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to Ozstin, who came over to my table to personally check on me and make sure everything was above expectations. That was such a nice and unexpected touch. Ozstin was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. He took the time to ask how everything was, if I needed anything else, and if my experience had been up to standard. It really made me feel like the management and leadership here truly care about customer satisfaction.

Ozstin’s approach was not rushed or scripted — it felt sincere. He made genuine conversation, listened to feedback, and made sure I felt heard. That level of engagement really sets this location apart. It’s clear that Ozstin leads by example and supports his team in providing excellent service. You can tell when a restaurant has strong leadership because it reflects in how happy, attentive, and professional the staff are — and that was absolutely the case here.

Together, James and Ozstin created an experience that felt welcoming, positive, and memorable. It wasn’t just about the food (which was great) — it was about the atmosphere and how I was treated as a customer. I felt appreciated, taken care of, and genuinely happy to be there. That’s something that keeps people coming back, and it’s why I will absolutely be returning to this location.

The overall environment of the restaurant was clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff seemed to work well together, and there was a positive energy throughout the dining room. You could tell that people took pride in their work, and that kind of culture makes a huge difference for customers. It made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Danny was my server for the particular morning, when I visited. The food was incredible, but the experience was 100 times better due to my server. He assured that he was assisting me the best he could and brought me the ketchup I needed. Without Danny that day, my day would’ve been ruined. Great location!
