When we arrived Adam greeted us right away and asked whether or not we preferred a booth or table. We were served water and coffee right away. Most Denny’s experiences for me have just been average, we stopped because we were on the road for a few hours. I was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and fresh. I cut my veggie omelette open and it was fresh sauteed onions and peppers, spinach and even the cherry tomatoes were fresh and really tasty. The fruit as well. I was very impressed with the service from Adam and the food! He even filled our coffee to go for the road. Thank you Adam and to the cooks and everyone for the great quality and experience!

Food was decent and came out fast, but the best part was our server (Adam). He was not only attentive and helpful but really funny and made sure we were taken care of and back on the road so we could get to hiking. Will definitely be back when we’re in town.

An overall sad experience. This place needs a serious deep clean. I immediately didn’t want to eat because of how many things were dirty (the floors, the table, the silverware, the cups, etc). They barely had any pancake options, which is a joke because their a breakfast place. They had about 4 or 5 pancake options, and 3 of them were all banana topped. We got our food, and I don’t think anyone in the kitchen uses seasoning or even salt/pepper. All our food tasted like nothing, the bacon was rubbery, the pancakes were flavorless even though I got toppings, syrup and fruit in th the batter. They were out of pretty much everything! They didn’t have any strawberry, no soup, no mango drinks, chocolate chips… how are you all out first thing in the morning?

I’ve been to this location for 20years. I go to see family in utah. I’ve seen them short staff before. This time the managers attitude when I said there was no swiss on my California club. He made a huge sigh and rolled his eyes. The bread was ice cold. The hush puppies were burnt to a crisp. I asked if they could under cook them for me. They told me that’s the way they are made. Then the hash browns were burnt. I got no refill on my coffee. My waiter took 15 min to serve me coffee and never one refill.

We had breakfast here @ Denny’s in flagstaff Az..we wanted a window seat facing cruising traffic & what nature has to view 🙂 but,Fernando said” we don’t want to sit there because of water “. Maybe coming from roof or ?. I think he was lying . So,sat closer to cooking area. It’s ok. I ordered 55+chicken fried steak w/eggs,hashbrown +toasted bread decaf..the breakfast was delicious,hearty , pricey ..I will come back in future…

Tyler L, Denise & Candace are late night rockstars! They all handled their duties with ease. Food came out fast & hot, we sat at the counter and noticed all the mentioned staff kept up on sanitizing and changing gloves to avoid cross contamination. Candace & Tyler L were very polite and had a smile for the customers even though it was busy (4th of July weekend). This Dennys was a good surprise. Other restaurants should take notes to be more like this late night crew. Keep up the awesome work!
