These is my second time at this Dennys and same great service. Eddie was a good waiter, energetic, attentive and courteous. The 9 grain pancakes and the cinnamon pancakes were delicious and the mango smoothy was good. My son order a brisket sandwich, which he was eating it without noticing that the brisket was missing . I don’t know how the manager noticed and kindly ask my son if he wanted a new sandwich or the brisket on the side. My son reply that the sandwich was really good that’s why he didn’t noticed the missing brisket.

Enjoyed my breakfast, omelettes are my recommendation! They are getting more serious about service so it’s good! I come quite often and service is different so I sure hope it stays more reliable and stable, since I know the customer service industry I sure know what to look for! Only ordered 2 Cali Clubs and 2 waters. Server dropped off our food. As she was walking away, I asked if we could please have 2 sides of ranch for our fries. Nope didn’t get them. Tried to get her attention cause I was almost finished but she was very busy helping a party being served. I know she was busy helping another server, but she should have eye contact on her tables. Two booths down, another customer had to get up and go to the counter and ask for a refill of her drink. Still no ranch, so now I went to counter and ask for ranch. Manager said they will bring them to our booth. Still waiting, finally ranch. By then ask for to go containers. She was very polite, but We didn’t get service as we should. Server, take care of your tables 1st, THEN, start with your party. You may tell your party, You will be right with them after checking on the tables you just served. They will understand. Good food to dine out with a friend.

First time trying out this location, it was homey, cozy, nice size large tables that are adjustable, the food was great, came out prepared just as we asked for it, our server was Mel and she was awesome! The manager (Vanessa?) walked the area but never stopped and asked how our food or experience was or if we needed anything, but she was present if we needed to stop her for any reason. Dishes didn’t stay stacked on the table, refills were timely, we’ll definitely be back to enjoy this spot again. Perhaps not on a Saturday or Sunday morning however because since it’s a smaller location I imagine the wait time must get pretty long.

Decided to give our new local Denny’s a try. Not going to lie, I was anxiously waiting for this location to open as the nearest one is in Goodyear. As soon as we arrived, we knew there was going to be a wait. Thankfully, there was two open seats at the “bar area” and we were able to save time on waiting for a table or booth. We were greeted right away and we were able to place our order quickly as we already had an idea of what we wanted. We decided to order the T Bone breakfast, Philly steak omelette, french toast and pancakes. We ordered the steak medium rare but look more of a well done. It was a little too hard for our liking. I was a bit surprised with how much smaller the food portions seemed in comparison to the last time we had Dennys. Overall, food was okay. Service was great. Hopefully, we can see improvements in the next visit. Considering this just opened they are on the right track.

Maria is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. I work overnights so I’m usually super exhausted and hungry by the time I get out at 3:00a. The other night I went with a coworker and it was the best service we’ve had in a long time. Maria was welcoming and friendly, very attentive to our orders and was definitely the energy we needed after a long night’s work. My mood completely shifted after our conversation. She was a very sweet and kind hearted young lady. She made sure our food came out hot and fresh and it was beyond delicious! We’ll most definitely be telling everyone we know about what an amazing server this location has and will be back to request Maria again!
