Greeted promptly. Waited for my son to arrive to order food. Food was perfect. Service was excellent and coffee was hot. I live on the west side of town but was on the east side at an exotic animal veterinarian. Very clean bathroom and booths.

We were greated as we entered the place and sat down real quick, Ana our server was excellent she took order and she always made sure our coffee cups were always full she brought our food out with excellent timing, I had the t-bone steak which was excellent my brother had the breakfast combo, we enjoyed our stay here at Denny’s thank you Ana for your excellent service and a wonderful personality.

Deyanira was our server, and she was so nice and very friendly. She explained the new seasonal items on the menu so well, so much so that she convinced me to try the new Cinnamon Apple Crisp slam. It’s both savory and sweet. A perfect combo. Whoever came up with that, chef’s kiss. Also, my son always gets the chocolate chip pancakes, and he always gives them a 10/10. The restaurant was nice and clean, and everyone was friendly and greeted us immediately, same when we left. We will definitely be back soon.

This place is one of the oldest Dennys in Maricopa County if not the State of Arizona. I remember this Dennys from my childhood and now I’m ordering from the 55+ menu. Being past employee of Dennys from late 70s and early 80s as well, I know good service and food. This place is top notch and should be around for another 60 years. Kudos to the wait staff, cooks and management. Looking forward to the next visit.

The ambiance was complemented by clean, well maintained decor, with comfortable seating arrangements that allowed for both privacy and a communal feel. The lighting was just right not too dim or too harsh which added to the overall pleasant environment. It’s clear that Denny’s takes pride in creating a welcoming space for all guests. what an incredible experience. The portions were generous, and everything was fresh and made with evident care. What truly stood out was the attentive and friendly service provided by Letasha. She was genuinely excellent smiling, personable, and attentive without being intrusive. She checked in to ensure everything was to our liking and made excellent recommendations when asked. Her warmth and professionalism elevated the entire experience, making us feel valued as customers. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such genuine kindness Letasha is a true asset to the Denny’s team. Overall, my visit to Denny’s was a delightful experience. The combination of delicious food, cozy environment, and outstanding service from Letasha makes me eager to return. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a hearty breakfast or a comforting meal with excellent hospitality. Kudos to the whole team for making my meal memorable!

long wait to be seated for no line. our server was an older woman. she mumbles bad, damn near refused to let me order a kids meal for my free reward because i wasn’t 12, despite it being an option for an eligible menu item. the waffle we received was stale and overcooked. the chicken was dry. the fries were soggy. the bacon was overcooked. genuinely disappointed.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the persistent and unacceptable service I have received from your establishments. This is not an isolated incident but rather the culmination of a pattern of unprofessional conduct and negligence that has consistently resulted in incomplete and substandard orders.
On multiple separate occasions, I have been shortchanged on my order. My past experiences include receiving a minuscule portion of fries with a burger and being served undercooked pancakes. Most recently, I ordered a Grand Slam and was once again shorted two biscuits.
The latest incident, however, is what has compelled me to seek a formal resolution. On September14th, I placed an order for a Grand Slam with an additional side of biscuits. I paid nearly four dollars for what was advertised as a side of biscuits, but I was handed a single biscuit without any prior notification or explanation. The expectation that I would simply accept paying for an item I did not receive is an unacceptable breach of consumer trust.
As a paying customer who works diligently, the last thing I should have to do is return to a restaurant to rectify an error that should never have occurred in the first place. This repeated carelessness demonstrates a profound lack of respect for both your customers and the money they spend.
Given the consistent failures and the latest instance of outright deception, I am requesting a full refund for my recent order. I have lost all confidence in the quality and reliability of your service and will not be returning as a customer. I will also be sharing my experiences with others to ensure they are aware of the subpar standards I have encountered.
I expect a prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.
