I had dinner at Denny’s coming in late the other night and I had the pleasure of being helped by a delightful server named Heather. I have to say I have never had service this wonderful ever!! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and cared about. She is the example of what service needs to be. Others should be modeled after this ladies serving etiquette! I got to meet the general manager Mark and he was so warm and welcoming he made me feel like I was at home! You can truly tell how Denny’s is managed so well by its employees I know they feel loved cared about and trained well by Mark!!Eric helped Carlos cook my food and it was so delicious! These cooks are the best. I also noticed other customers loving her service!! Heather is the Best!!! Atmosphere was nostalgic and happy. Denny’s truly is AMERICA’S DINER!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Denny’s. Heather was my server, and from the moment I sat down, her attitude was unprofessional and openly unpleasant. She barely acknowledged me, and I waited an unreasonable amount of time just to be greeted. Throughout my visit, she seemed irritated and dismissive, and I overheard her speaking sharply and disrespectfully to other servers as well.
On top of the poor service, her appearance was extremely unprofessional for a family restaurant. Her clothing did not fit properly and was visibly inappropriate for the workplace, which made the dining experience uncomfortable.
When my food finally arrived, it was subpar at best. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time before being brought out. For how long I waited, I expected something fresh — not something that seemed forgotten in the kitchen.
Overall, the combination of rude service, long wait times, and low-quality food made this one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Management seriously needs to address both customer service standards and professionalism.

I’m an OTR driver out of Portland, Oregon and was running out of drive hours when I stopped at the Flying J truck stop. I decided to go in to Denny’s to get a late lunch wish was Sunday afternoon. Had the best service ever and the food was amazing! I had the Santa Fe Skillet(wish I took a picture to share). Had to stay in the area after my delivery this morning so came back to stay and went in again and had yet another amazing meal (Crazy Spicy Skillet, photos below) and service! If I could give more stars I would!! The biggest shout out goes to manager Chris and his team Jordan, Danielle, Nicole!! Thank you for the exceptional service and welcoming smiles and conversations!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Angie served me tonite. I told her I am very impressed at her understanding of being the manager. She later informed us that she is not the manager, but that her manager had just quit that same night.
I’m very happy that Angie took the reins of the Dennys here at the flying J. She made sure the restaurant flowed smoothly from the back of the kitchen all the way to its customers leaving happy with the Dennys Restaurant experience.

I had a great experience at Denny’s thanks to our server, Danielle. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She checked on us often without being overbearing, made sure our drinks were always full, and handled everything with a genuinely positive attitude.
The food came out hot and exactly as ordered. The pancakes were fluffy, the bacon was crispy, and everything tasted fresh. But honestly, Danielle’s service was what made the visit stand out. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in making sure guests have a good experience.
The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and with service like Danielle’s, I’ll definitely be coming back.

I love Dennys on Franklin! My friends and I came here for dinner and had fun while eating! Fantastic vibes, energies and characters! Our server Heather was superb at making sure our dining experience was one of a kind! And the cook Eric is a rockstar on the grill! I am a cook myself at the Nampa Cracker Barrel so I know what’s expected about making sure food is hot, perfect and ready, and ours was nothing less than excellent! Thank you Dennys for providing Top notch service! ❤️

Amazing atmosphere. I do want to shout out a waitress, Stormy for being patient with me for finding items that I can substitute. She is an amazing person overall, a great attitude. I had a classic sampler Togo after a long day of work and it was amazing and hit the spot. Wings were so tender and perfectly sauced. Mozzarella sticks and ranch were so yummy. I could not have been more satisfied. 5 stars!
