It was a very hard day, I went to Denny’s and made an order “to go”. I paid $34,77 for my order and went to a shower. And I want to admit that I told a waitress (Jamie) that I’ll come back in 40 minutes. When I came back to take my order after !!!50 minutes!!! waitress told me that something happened to my food and it’s not ready. And everything they told me is that they can make my order one more time, but I need to wait more… 50 minutes more?

The food was all right, but the restaurant itself was fairly gross. There were lots of flies trying to land in my food the whole time, and the service wasn’t the world’s best. Definitely won’t be visiting this Denny’s again anytime soon!

We chose to go to Denny’s after a concert because they are one of the few restaurants that promote being open 24/7. Two of us walked into a nearly empty dining room (except for quite a few dirty tables) where we waited several minutes for someone to notice we were standing there and seat us. He proceeded to tell us the only server working was on break so it would be about 10 minutes before we’d be helped, but he could get us our drinks. The coffee had obviously been sitting for a looong time and tasted awful. When our server took our food order I asked for a fresh cup (which was much better). We waited at least 40 minutes for our food after ordering, and kept being told by our server that our food would be out in “just a minute”. I could understand if the place was packed and they were short-staffed, but we were one of 3 tables in the entire place. We asked for a refill of coffee and waited 10 minutes to see our server again, and had to ask for refills again because she’d forgotten. I’m typically sympathetic to servers and food workers because I think they tend to be overworked and treated poorly, but it was clear that our server didn’t care about providing a decent experience. To top it all off, behind the cash register was a handwritten sign that says, “Give us a 5-star review and get 15% off your order.” Laughable!!!

I travel all over the country driving. Usually staying at pilot flying Js in my rig. Denny’s is commonly at a lot of these places so it makes for easy dinners when staffing is not an issue. This was by far the best location I have ever been too! Fast friendly service from the whole staff, food was seasoned and cooked perfectly, couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this team! Thank you for a great meal away from home!

Denny’s is a good place to have breakfast. They have many types of food, but “be careful with calories”. The cinnamon pancakes are above all levels… Super delicious. The waiter was really nice with us, great experience!
