We got a to go order Sat. 2-21-26. Our eggs were good. The toast for both of our two orders were just buttered bread. The hash browns tasted old and were not cooked correctly. Denny’s is a breakfast place. Management should manage and make sure food is coming out to a good standard. This is unexceptionable.

Had turkey dinner for Thanksgiving. Very disappointing, very small amount of turkey, salad had the hard core in it. The garlic bread only had half butter garlic on it. I looked at the plate and asked the waitress where’s the turkey, after complaining she brought me more turkey.

The service I received was amazing. The food was hot and delicious. The servers really seemed to care about us and worked to make sure we were taken care of. I’ll be coming back and telling my friends about my awesome experience. Keep up the great work!

Very disappointing. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, the food was tasty, but the service was poor. The waitress was having an issue understanding that I wanted to order some food to go after I ate my meal. I mentioned at least three times that I was going to order the mozzarella sticks and a sandwich to take with me, but would order them *after* I ate. She brought my salad with this miniscule plastic portion cup of salad dressing. It covered about 1/3 the salad and I waited for her return to ask for more and she did not return, so I ate a rather dry salad. Not sure about anyone else, but I like dressing with my salad.
When she finally brings my food out to me, she also brings the food on a plate that I wanted to get to go later. When I mentioned this, she just looked at me as if she had absolutely no clue how to fix the issue. There is nothing worse than cold mozzarella sticks, so instead of eating my hamburger and ordering a sandwich to go, I ate the sticks and the onion rings for dinner and took the hamburger to go. I did not even bother ordering the sandwich. Even though she brought me food items that I had not yet even actually ordered, I ended up paying for them instead of causing an issue for the manager. I did not even want to come to this particular Denny’s, but the other one was closed mid-afternoon due to ‘lack of staff’. Listening to a customer is probably the most important part of customer service.

I’m only giving it a 4 star because the food is sub-par. They have a new waitress there that came from another location. I can not remember her name. I wish I could because she was great and made for an otherwise great dining experience.

I placed an online order for delivery, and my DoorDasher actually stole my families dinner. DoorDash support was very complicated and made many errors on their end but the manager that was handling it all (Deborah) was patient and very thorough even during a busy Saturday night inside of the restaurant itself. Rachel the day time manager was quick, kind and efficient with ensure everything was handled and wrapped up with my transaction. Thank you both for your help. (Sorry my doordasher robbed me.)

Ms Darleen was a wonderful and sweet server, she was very attentive and communicative. The food was good, not bad but not great. The place was overall quiet, except for the loud commotion and talking of one server, which ruined the quiet morning atmosphere. i dropped my country fried steak on the table, the gravy wouldn’t come off. Also i added a photo of some art on the outside.

God awful. The wings tasted old and the buffalo sauce was like water as well as the ranch to dip it in. The fries were barely warm even after waiting for a decent time to get our food. You would expect fresh food from any sit down restaurant, but you won’t find it here. They also don’t check on you but to seat you, take your order and your money. We barely saw our waitress. It was so gross, when she offered to remake it, I said I did not want anything else. My appetite was gone. She said she would be right back and never came back. DO NOT waste your time coming here. My daughter’s hash browns were soaked in grease also and barely cooked. Disgusting is an understatement

Overall horrible experience. Granted we showed up a little before they were expecting to close, however, there was no need for the waitress to be rude. I never got my water, my friends fries were way overdone and I’m not sure if she even got new ones. Our food was delivered to our table in spurts and someone’s order got completely forgotten. My food was undercooked, and I crunched into something hard when I was eating pancakes. My husband had coffee grounds in his cup. My friend got a crouton in his strawberries. Our other friend got burnt bbq sauce on something that shouldn’t have had any bbq sauce on it. Just absolutely horrible. Only reason I ate here was because I was meeting friends to eat, which is sad because I could have had way better service down the street from me, and possibly every other Denny’s between the area I live and this location of Denny’s. 0/10 do not recommend.
