Don’t ever come if your in a hurry, but we’ve always had pleasant service. Their dinner is slept on. From the salads to just the burgers, always get your bang for your buck! Fries were a little over done, but the burger was so good i didn’t mind.

The food how ever is not the star tonight.
They have one waiter tonight, this man Hussain was by himself, running the whole front end. He sometimes was in a full sprint keeping up,but was kind and professional. They made an excellent choice hiring him.

We were here for 50+ minutes and never received our food. Our waitress was very busy covering 1/3 of the restaurant.

No issues with wait time. The food was pretty decent. My husband wasn’t a fan of the burger. He said the burger didn’t taste like 100% beef. The waffles were delicious. I love sweets, but the caramel on top was too much for me. The server never smiled. She overfilled my drink and it spilled over on to the table, but she didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to clean it up, and didn’t bring loose napkins until our food came.
Once we had our food, she only checked on us once. My husband ran out of drink and had to drink mine. The worst part of the visit was our waitress and the cook bickering back and forth several times. They were bickering about what did and didn’t come on/with meals, about the waitress thinking the cook was having a bad day, about the cook not having a bad day and that the waitress was just “attaching emotions to his questions and the way his face looked.”

Our server, Katie, whom we have never met before seemed very irritated with us from the minute she began to engage with us. First, she seated the 5 of us at a table too small and brought a taller table to our table for our child and my husband to sit at. She became quite agitated with me when I began moving the serving tray stands out of the way so I could pull my chair far enough from the table to sit down. She jerked the stands out of the way, clearly annoyed with me touching them to move them over. Next, my daughter doesn’t always speak clearly, so I asked Katie if she heard my daughter say she wanted sausage. Katie said, “That’s what I wrote down, I wasn’t sure what she said”-all with a snarky attitude. I told her if she had any questions about anything else, please ask. So, the kids all ordered pancakes, 2 ordered cinnamon roll pancake slams and one ordered a banana caramel slam. They all 3 were very excited to get their order after looking at the scrumptious picture on the menus- the photos sold the meals! So, we ran out of drinks while waiting. There were 2 other tables of people and 3 servers. After a while of not having Katie check on us, we asked another server for some drinks that they didn’t mind getting for us. When she began bringing our food out, she apologized for the slow kitchen help (it was an unusually long wait, but we were enjoying talking amoung each other and were ok). The girls all got their pancake slams but they didn’t look like the photo because they didn’t have the toppings on the cinnamon roll pancakes and the banana one was missing the white topping next to the bananas. We pointed this out to her and she replied with- “well, I can go get you some if you want it”. I told her yes, our kids are disappointed with their order. When she saw us take a photo, she began getting nicer, but it sure would have been nice if she had some previous customer service training, and then the entire visit would have been enjoyable.

Great experience! Stopped in for some quick breakfast and was very pleased. I was seated as soon as I walked in. The waitress was friendly and took my order as soon as I was ready. She brought me everything I needed without having to ask. My food was ready in no time and was cooked perfectly to order. 10/10, thanks Denny’s crew!

The single worst experience I have ever had with a waitress. The food was decent, and the place was clean, and the kitchen staff were great. The waitress Mandi on the other hand was overwhelmed apparently, with 1 already seated and served table there. I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt, but when you don’t want to get an extra kids menu because you miscounted, got upset when asked if what was brought out was what was ordered (it wasn’t), and then loudly ranted at the kitchen staff because you were asked to verify if an ingredient that a customer is allergic to is in an item, then you probably should not be in any kind of service. Of course there was no manager, and whenever we refused to pay for the one item that we did not ask for, went back and yelled at the staff that woe is me, these customers are awful and demanding. She may have been stressed, but wow. Never going to Denny’s again.

They obviously don’t clean there flattop! There was char bits everywhere. I specifically asked for no bacon I heard the waitress tell the cook once order was ready I told you no bacon…. I thought because time had passed he remade it (he just tried to take out what he could and still served it) than I also mentioned how it was burnt and she said no matter how we make it it’ll look like that not sure if that’s true (would hope not). My mozzarella sticks were overcooked over half had cheese out …..there was also a burnt fry and burnt pieces in my bowl. My pancakes also had char bits in it was tolerable but thank God I was just passing by because I would never stop here again.

I had the steak and eggs with home fries instead of hashbrowns came with two pancakes. I had to warm up the syrup steak was absolutely amazing. It was a great breakfast for $9.99. I will be eating it again as long as this special stays
