This is hands down the best bakery in the Twin Cities area. Not only are the baked goods phenomenal but the prices are even better! I go in once a month to get pastries for my office and they always have something new for us to try. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful when I’m indecisive. 11/10 would recommend.

The donuts are amazing. However, i was a bit disappointed when i tried a muffin. It was dry and hard, almost as if it had been sitting out for a few days. If they are selling old muffins, it would be best if they advertised them as such and maybe even discounted them a little. I’ll still go back for the donuts though, and the cookies are decorated so well.

Great donuts with friendly service! $18 for a dozen is worth it! All the fritters and cinnamon rolls plus the bigger donuts are all included in the same price. Light airy fluffy donuts! The fillings are amazing!

We went to Denny’s 5th Avenue Bakery for the first time and loved it!!! We ordered some cupcakes, bismarks, and brownies. The Bismarks have filling throughout the entire pastry, not just a little bit in the middle like most bakeries offer. The cupcakes are moist and the frosting is delicious. I’m a brownie aficionado and these were some of the best brownies I’ve ever tasted! I like my brownies moist and these were super moist! I like them chocolaty and these were very chocolaty! I like the brownies frosting to be creamy and chocolaty, this frosting was very creamy and chocolaty, but the flavor was unique and unlike any frosting I’ve ever tasted! It’s indescribable, so you’ll just have to try it! Finally, the prices are low to moderate and overall all of the prices are a great deal. So, get in your car and drive over to Denny’s 5th Avenue Bakery and tell them Mike sent you… : )

I called and worked with Heather (lead decorator) with only two weeks notice of a family member’s wedding I needed a cake for to take ‘cake cutting pics’. I sent a pic of a centerpiece to give her an idea of colors and design. The cake was ready to go and absolutely gorgeous on the day and at time promised. Although it was used only for pictures at the Friday evening wedding, it was served for brunch the next morning and everyone loved it!
