We received a warm welcome and were promptly seated as soon as we walked into Denny’s. Our waitress was quick to serve us drinks and took great care of us, showing genuine enjoyment in her job. The hostess who seated us was also very friendly. We ordered omelets with hash browns and toast, which arrived promptly and were delicious. I would definitely come back to eat here again!

Stopped in for breakfast with my family and our server, Becky was on top of everything. We loved the friendly atmosphere and seeing all of the other families gathered around the restaurant. Special thanks to TJ and Jim, all of our food everything came out really quickly and as my toddler said, “delicious “. JR stopped by our table to ensure everything came out okay and interacted with the kiddos while we were here. Highly recommended, 100/10 Service.

Okay, so i’m gonna start off with one star only because I had to star something. Today is Thanksgiving, and this dennys gave me absolutely nothing to be thankful for. This is the worst service, the worst clean and the worst food and I will give you some pictures. My experience started off being allowed to sit where I wanted. I sat at the only booth table open. I looked at the table and it was dirty. Thinking that maybe it had been busy I asked them to please wipe it down.
I was there for several minutes, I had ordered, gotten my glass of ice, but still no one came to wipe the table down. I still sat several more minutes. Finally, I got up to use the restroom and came back to my table. It’s still disgusting, so I asked them “please. Can I have a RAG to wipe the table down myself?” And she brought me a wipe. So, I knew the table was dirty with what I could see, but the cloth that she gave me ended up being black, which means that it had not been properly wiped down in a really, really long time.
Next, my plate is finally brought, and I have a few chunks of Turkey, a little dollop of dressing, cranberry sauce was maybe a teaspoon in the smallest portion cup. One small scoop of potatoes with no gravy. With a grand total price tag of $16.29, not including tip or tax. I would be so embarrassed to work at this dennys. I would be more embarrassed to be the manager, Whom I did speak to, and he said he would remake it, but that’s how the cranberries come, is, what he said. I said no, thank you. I do not want this meal and I do not want to eat here and yes I did leave..
I am single and I travel for work extensively. So I eat at Denny’s on holidays. On more than one occasion, I have never ever ever seen a meal from denny’s Look like this.

Originally I gave 2 stars because the waitress was very nice, but after posting this then reading others, owner posts a cookie cutter reply, nothing changed some of these issues were 4 years ago! The only plus side of this visit was the waitress was super nice. Silverware was dirty, food was not cooked all the way pancakes looked incredible but were a doughy mess inside. The eggs, hash browns and meat were all cold. The strawberries 2 were rotted on one side and most were not stemmed, who does that? Both the men and women’s bathrooms were a filthy disgusting mess, with mold all over the fixtures. We are traveling or I would have left and went somewhere else but we had to be somewhere and couldn’t start over. They need a visit from the health department.

Not sure if the shef/cook was on their first shift solo, not feeling up to par on Mew Year’s Day, or if someone had to fill in who had no experience in the kitchen because the chef/cook was out. One of the kids asked for an omlett with “bacon and cheese only” and was technically given that, but we were not expecting a single piece of bacon and unrelated slice of cheese in the middle of an egg folded in half. Typically, bacon is diced and cooked in the omelet and cheese, but maybe the procedure has changed ♀️. Friend and I both asked for our hashbrowns browned on both sides, but we’re confused how our hashbrowns were browned on both sides but still cold in the middle. Please check on your staff… even with the limited Holiday Menu, they dont seem to be okay or are undertrained…

It’s been 2 years since we’ve had Denny’s! We moved from Los Angeles to Cincinnati about 2 years ago. There’s a Denny’s on every corner in LA unlike Ohio where it’s not closeby. While coming back from a Missouri trip we saw this Dennys so we stopped and reminisced on our late night Dennys trips. I had the moons over my hammy breakfast sandwich for dinner and it was amazing. The hash browns were exceptional. The service was great and atmosphere was that diner vibes we missed.

Service is usually pretty slow here. Every time I’ve been, you can easily hear the employees complaining about low-staffing and how overworked they are.
Ordered the nacho tots today and they were completely a mess. It basically looked like they took some queso, meat sauce, jalapeños, and cheddar that had been microwaved into a chili-like substance and poured it over some tots.
The table next to me sent back their steak because it was very undercooked. While I waited five minutes to pay, I heard someone else send back their dish.
