The hostess was great, the waitress and food were horrible. Took a bit to get greeted and seated, but when we were, the hostess was very friendly. Our waitress disappeared after getting our drinks, so the hostess ended up taking our order and fixing pretty much everything that was wrong with our meals. Our meals were missing items, and some of the food wasn’t even fully cooked. I wouldn’t recommend going here, and I’d rather not come back.

The food was cold, waitress forgot part of the order, she never one time came back and asked if everything was okay, I had to flag her down to get the rest of my food, we ordered some toast with the slam, it was so stale you could beat a nail into concrete with it. I don’t know how they stay open.

I order from this Denny’s (Jasper, IN.) very often through DoorDash. The chef, Terra, makes it perfectly every time! Also, I usually call to add A1 and ranch dressing, and Josh knows my order every time! It feels great to get such awesome service and personal care! That is lacking SO much in food services these days! Great job, you guys!

The food wasn’t cooked all the way, my steak was pink. Spaghetti was coated in oil and only one employee was kind enough to ask why we sent the food back, the server only checked on us once, took forever to get seated, and no refills on our drinks. Was not good at all. Will not be returning

Me and my fiance visited this Dennys yesterday (4/5/24), and I was outraged by what happened while we were there. First, we witnessed the cook picking up food (I think it was shredded cheese) with his bare hands and eating it over where he was cooking and preparing food. Then, when our food was served, my fiances chicken fried chicken was burnt on the outside and pink in the middle, there was also mold on his toast! My food was less than perfect as well. We instantly waived the waitress over (she was the only good thing about this place) and told and showed her everything. She seemed not so surprised about us seeing the cook doing what he did and apologized. She then called what I believe was the shift manager over, who also apologized, but tried to explain away the mold. This place used to be a good place to eat and I love Dennys but the past 2 times I’ve eaten at this location has been a terrible experience. This one is very bothersome, because I work in Healthcare and this really could make someone very ill. I’m very disappointed.

I generally try not to be so negative on a review but after being served molded and undercooked yet burnt food and having the privilege of being waited on by a woman who chose to bring her personal life unprofessionally to my table repeated we had to request to not be billed and quickly left with no plans to return. Complete joke of a restaurant and the staff was unsanitary and rude. Stay away friends.

It’s been a long time since visiting a Denny’s and we weren’t disappointed at all. Excellent service! It was obvious that they were short staffed but our server was impeccable! Beverages were refreshed, table touches appropriate, and our meals were delicious. I had the eggs Benedict and I’d definitely order it again! We don’t dine at chain/franchise locations often so I’m not sure when we’ll return, but we do recommend this location in Jasper, IN.

So ordered salted caramel banana pancakes and only got the bananas no salted caramel or the whipped icing. And this isn’t the first time this has happened! Dennis used to be a good place to eat but has definitely went down hill.
