Where do I begin. First of all we were there for my other halfs 60th birthday breakfast. So we had a total of eight people there, three of which were kids.. the waitress was awesome she was very nice and very patient and we did spill a glass of water ..but on their end, our food came cold… came at different times..
my granddaughter’s chicken was burnt, she didn’t get her mac and cheese… so to accommodate they decided to bring her another piece of chicken because the oven broke down…after 20 minutes of waiting.
. The food was okay at best although some of the bacon was not cooked thoroughly. But then to top it off after we get a bill for $134, I clicked no tip and gave the waitress a $30 cash tip.. which was of course a standard generous tip. I go out to my car and I get a notification that my bill was 161 which means that they added an extra percentage to my bill. Now keep in mind of course I clicked no tip because I had to cash in my hand and I knew what I was doing and have done this oftentimes to give cash to the waitress. So they called the manager Brian, and he decides that he’d rather argue with me and tells me that there’s no way that their waitresses or staff could have changed the tip. I told him I wasn’t accusing anyone but I did get a bill for $161 on my phone notification. He asked to see my receipt and as I pulled out my receipt he goes and tries to grab it out of my hand when I had cash and credit cards also with the receipt. As you can imagine I was livid that he was reaching forward towards me to grab my personal things and took great offense to it. Now I normally won’t rant and Rave about our experience but it was absolutely horrible and I wound up walking out without the correction has he told me that the computer would fix it later on , of which I have no faith in. If it is not straightened out by tonight or at the latest tomorrow morning obviously I will be calling corporate as well as following up on other violations that I found while I was there. So Brian if you’re reading this please make good so I don’t have to take this any further because I will as well I should!

Ok so I might have to change this, if the food sucks, but not for the person who took the order. I wanted to order nachos with a burger patty, and everything on the side, in order for the nachos to not get soggy. A woman named Brindi answered the phone and she was so incredibly accommodating and patient. It’s not often you can call somewhere and make a ridiculous request and have it fulfilled, but Brindi was patient and kind and I just loved the experience. So, thank you ma’am and I hope you have a blessed night…..ok so I got a bowl of mush……literally just like soup t hat tasted gross and spicy……so while the person who took the order was kind, the food was garbage

Better then average Denny’s. However my hash-browns were not cooked all the way and my veggies in my veggie omelet was very oily and greasy, coffee cup was dirty, my fork was dirty. However the pancake was really good, cold but really good, the coffee was good, dirty cup but good Coffee, today the server was good! The last time I was there I was overcharged for my lunch and I have not been back since today. It was over a year ago! I do have to say that this Denny’s is better then the Hudson Denny’s. I will absolutely never walk into the Hudson Denny’s ever!! I recommend this Over Hudson any-Day. At least this Denny’s is trying to do better.

I stopped at this location on my way home after a long flight with my daughter. There was no more than 5 customers in the restaurant. First thing that hits you is how much colder it is inside than outside. I should’ve ordered to go and ate in my vehicle but we chose to sit inside. I ordered a cup of coffee to keep warm and it came to me lukewarm. My daughter ordered the all American meal and I ordered the lumber jack meal. Now mind you the restaurant had no more than 5 customers and it still took 20 minutes to get our food which when it finally did come out my whole meal came out cold. My daughters eggs were the only thing that was hot on her plate and because she was hungry she ate thru the cold items. I did complain and yes she did ask to remake it but by than I was to cold and to aggravated to wait for new food so I took my food to go and heated it up when I got home. I just don’t understand how a company keeps their restaurant colder than outside which probably has a lot to do with why my food came out cold. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

There is no Denny near us so we get excited when visiting FL. It ‘s just your basic diner sort of place but we need diners! We need waitresses that call you hon, sugar or sweetie. We need someone to notice our coffee needs a refill, that we wanted grape jelly. We need a place that will make toast the way you like it. We need fluffy eggs! Denny’s are perfect! We need to leave satisfied, ready to face the day. So no, it’s not Cordon Bleu dining. It’s better.

Nice atmosphere. The inside looks a little outdated. It wasn’t busy. Service was great. Our waitress was very nice. Food was fine. I did like the Strawberry Shake it was very good.

The servers here are very nice, they’re fun to talk to, and are always there whenever I need anything. The food is great too. Only issue is that apparently the oven hasn’t been working for quite a while, so I haven’t been able to order the oven-baked caramel apple pie crisp! That’s one of my favorite dishes. Hopefully management will get the oven working again someday.

This had to be the worst Denny’s experience I have ever had. My wife and I both ordered steak dinners which claimed to have come with two sides and dinner bread. So we both went to the “sides” menu and selected our two choices each. When we get our check we noticed that they had charged us extra for my wife’s side salad and onion rings as well as my seasonal fruit. Nothing was said when we ordered about “upcharging” for them. When we questioned it we were told that’s the way it is and to read the fine print. Which does say “some” sides may have an up charge but nothing about which ones. After arguing with the manager about it she says “fine I’ll take the $3.10 off your bill but we would not get any senior discount off our bill.” Just great way for Denny’s to scam people out of a couple extra bucks and cheat a couple senior citizens out of a couple more dollar. Way to go Denny’s. Now I see why there was only 4 other people in the restaurant. While the manager was very rude, at least the Waitress was very pleasant and understood exactly what our problem was. SO IF YOU EAT AT DENNY’S CHECK YOUR BILL FOR EXTRA CHARGES.

I’m torn because I paid $20 bucks for a burger so terrible my dog wouldn’t eat it when I brought it home but I love their nachos. Dennys is good late night when the other shops have closed and you want some good nachos.
