In the beginning everything was perfect nice guy took care on us, coffee is delicious!!! But then my food never came….15 minutes 30 minutes and every time I ask for they told me is on way couple minutes etc etc to the end I took my family out I talk with the manager and of course was a mistake in the kitchen or the system or well we are humans. But they must to told me the truth and not told me every 10 minutes the food is on way, I have no words to explain the frustration

My daughter ordered occasion sirloin steak before I get into any details about the food our server she was absolutely amazing. She was alone unfortunately running a whole Denny’s by herself I give her credit. She was a great server, and I was not her fault. Unfortunately, the cook, though my daughter had ordered occasion sirloin steak and the cook put teriyaki sauce on it. I went up to the counter to let the waitress know upon standing at the counter. A rat ran from the booth over my foot into the kitchen, and then another rat ran out of the kitchen back towards the bathrooms. When I finally was able to reach the waitress, I explained to her that the cook made a teriyaki steak instead of occasion she explained that the cook said that that’s all the steaks they had left. I interns asked if my daughter could have just a plain original steak, but no seasonings or anything on it. The cook wasn’t too pleased about that. But I explained that you can’t force somebody to eat something that they don’t like the cook intern served us a raw piece of steak as I’ve attached the picture I will be contacting the health department about this. You cannot consume raw food raw meat besides the fact that they are infested with rats this is an independently owned Denny’s. I do not recommend anybody going here and I would appreciate it if I can get some feedback from the owner, considering this is privately owned thank you.

Seems like a personal problem to me this is the most incompetent Dennys of all time. My sandwich was raw, soggy, and my hash brown was burnt! I’ll never come back. Who ever is cooking the food hates there job !

On 2/16/2026 I had the pleasure of breakfast at Dennys #9597 in Plantation fl. I would be remiss if I didn’t send a comment of the exemplary service I received from my server Michael T. This young man represented your company very well with A+ professional service. I’m a retired government worker who’s a foodie and eats out at least 4 times a week. I will absolutely return to this establishment. Thanks for this AWESOME opportunity to EAT WITH A SMILE

Brought a toddler to have breakfast. What a pleasant surprise to have Tatiana as our server. She was friendly and helpful when my granddaughter wanted everything on the menu. The manager came by to ask how everything was. Good experience. Kid friendly.

I really enjoy the plantation location. It’s very clean, presentable and has a pleasant environment. The servers and the manager Mark, when I go in are very personable. We were greeted by Mark at the front he was welcoming and cheerful, we ordered immediately and the food came out quick however the pancakes were burnt and I didn’t check until we made it home, everything else was fine.
