Good food, and portions ( was soo good that I forgot to take a photo). Service… they were really stressed due understaffed. But as a person working in hospitality… they shouldn’t show it all over around ( loud comments and conversations on the floor). But, still they have been quick and efficient

John my waiter was as quick as person with a super nice personality.
He was the greeter, and the waiter. So funny was John, he enjoyed my New Jersey accent. The food was ever so tasty, chicken fried steak and eggs. No room for dessert but I will come back tomorrow Sept.26th.

We stopped at Denny’s with my daughter before her flight, and we had such a wonderful experience. Our waitress Gabby went above and beyond to accommodate us so we could keep an eye on our car. Her kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service truly made our visit special. After our absolutely amazing experience at Woody’s Bar and Grill (see past reviews for context), we settles on going to a quick and consistent spot to grab a Thursday night dinner. And so we arrived at Denny’s, America’s favorite breakfast joint, or so they say. Parking was very quick as there’s ample spots and we were seated extremely fast. The service was phenomenal and our server made the experience much much better than expected. The food was about as expected for a Denny’s. Our group ordered a combination of breakfast and dinner from the All American breakfast to the single cheeseburger and Flamin’ 5 Pepper Burger. The burgers were good although the 5 pepper burger was not hot at all. The fries were a miss, just not a good flavor or texture but the onion rings were tasty and crunchy. Those who ordered the breakfast said it was good and we had members of our group order fish and were pleasantly surprised by it as well. The whole experience wasn’t premium, but who expects Denny’s to be? We got what we paid for and came out happy with it, and that’s all you can ask for from a diner chain.

9/12/2025 9am-1pm Biscayne & 36th St, Miami. Came in for my friend’s birthday slam, and the waitress Graciela was not attentive. She seated us in her area, even though we wanted to sit further back. I phoned corporate in Spartanburg to complain. The waitress Angie (super smart & alert) had to pick up her slack. And luckily the head waitress knew what to do at the cash register. Every item was terrific except the fatty T-bone steak.

I had a pleasant experience at this Denny’s, especially thanks to Barbara. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right throughout my visit.
The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and the food was served hot and fresh with generous portions. Service was timely, and Barbara’s positive attitude really made a difference.
Overall, this location met my expectations: clean, good food, and excellent customer service. I would definitely come back.

Hey, this Dennys was pretty good. We arrived about 10:30pm and so it wasn’t busy. The server was super nice and friendly. He served the entire restaurant so about 5 tables. He did his best but I think the kitchen must’ve been backed up because it took 20-25 minutes. And half the table was served. The other half took another 10 minutes. Odd, and we waited till everyone had food before we ate. And he specifically asked if some people wanted cheese on their fries, then they came out without cheese.
As usual, the super bird rocks. As so the onion rings. Possibly the super bird is the best breakfast sandwich ever. Other people had the famous Grand Slam. You get what you expect (see pics). Couple people got burgers and they were good. The server said the spicy burger was really spicy but it wasn’t. Haha. I’d say even the salmon was ok. And all at an affordable price.
Clean inside. Cool Miami sign to take pics (we were visiting). Lots of parking. And it was a pleasant place to eat and have great conversation.
Would’ve given another star if not for the two stage food delivery, the cheese fries incident, and we got some water refills.

Let me first explain my ratings. Then, I’ll give a detailed review of my experience here, today.
FOOD
I gave the food two stars because the sausages were cold. The French toast didn’t taste like they had any eggs in them. And I had to send my eggs back because I asked for them to be fried overhard but they came out extremely runny and undercooked. I also ordered the brownie sundae and it was inedible. The brownie was extremely hard. I think they microwaved the brownie and slopped some ice cream on top. I sent that back. The cook’s name was Christina.
SERVICE
My waiter was an older gentleman named John. He was pretty nice and attentive. No real complaints there.
ATMOSPHERE
The table was sticky. The syrup bottle was sticky. The silverware was dirty. The kitchen was filthy. Everything was just yucky!
I came here to redeem my birthday reward and was very disappointed. I left hungry and had to go somewhere else to get something to eat. So disappointed. I will not be back to this filthy location to flush my money down the drain.
