The food was great and our server was nice and attentive. The downside was that it’s uncomfortably warm in there. We were wiping sweat off while eating our breakfast. We inquired about it and we’re told one of the air conditioners is broken. Our comfort should be important or business may be lost.

The restaurant was nearly empty, yet my wings were still burned. The waitress said she informed the cook, but he insisted the timer cooked them. While the manager did remove the wings from my bill, the salad was also not fresh. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

We have been coming to Denny’s for a while now and Fern has served us 5 different times. I can honestly say she is the best server I have ever had anywhere. She is always so kind, welcoming, and on top of everything. She remembers us, makes sure our food is perfect, and just makes the whole experience better every single time.
She is a big reason we keep coming back. When we decide to come in we literally hope she is working because we know we are going to have a great time and great service. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does.
Fern is amazing and Denny’s is lucky to have her. If you get her as your server you are in for the best experience.

We went to Dennys before flying out of Key West. I have never seen a 2 floor Dennys with a bar. It was interesting. The food and service was good. We enjoyed watching the chickens outside in the parking lot.

This Denny’s in Key West is surprisingly awesome. A full-service bar (which is rare for Denny’s), friendly bartenders and servers, quick food, and attentive management who actually checked in during the visit. Solid experience all around. Definitely don’t overlook this spot.

Nice Denny’s in a shopping center. A great place to stop after a night on the town or before heading down to Duval. Full bar, plenty of parking, and some good specials. The staff was very friendly and helpful in pointing out favorites, and the atmosphere was relaxed and easygoing.

Great service. Excellent prices. Delicious food. We ate here several times during the week we were visiting and even ordered take out. Half the price of Duvall St restaurants and the food is twice as good. Julie was our server and she is amazing! Definitely will be back when we come back to Key West!

Great food and service! Even has a bar! You don’t see that at many if not any Denny’s locations around the United States. One of the only locations in Key West where you can have a sit down meal any time of day. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our server was excellent! We were seated promptly and greeted immediately. Fast, efficient and great service all around! The bar was a nice added touch but does close at 1am I believe. A fantastic option for a late night, early morning meal or anytime of the day for that matter! I am definitely coming back to this location the next time I’m in Key West whether it’s for another meal after a night on Duvall Street, for breakfast, lunch, or perhaps a drink or two at the bar! I highly recommend this Denny’s! Located in the Overseas Market in New Town next to Winn-Dixie grocery store. Also, try your luck on the claw machine located near the front entrance in the waiting area/ lobby!

Denny’s food and service are always excellent, and my family and I have visited other Denny’s locations—even in Canada. Unfortunately, the atmosphere at this specific location wasn’t good because there was a strong musty/moldy smell. I’ll keep going to Denny’s, but I don’t plan to return to this location due to the odor, despite the great service. It’s a shame because we really like Denny’s.
