5+ stars. I haven’t been out to eat breakfast in years. I felt like doing some laptop work and saw this Denny’s so I gave it a try. Amazing service, so friendly and prompt. Thanks to my server Tiaquandra, she made my day. Everyone was on the top of their game. I respect that. My compliments to the cooks. The food was great. I’m a cook too so I appreciate food service workers who take pride in their work. Thank you. If you want a great breakfast in a great environment, this is the Denny’s for you.

I came in just for coffee this am, and met the sweetest waitress. Her name is Kristy. She seems like she enjoys her job, a rare thing these days, and was very attentive. Once you meet her I am sure you would agree. Dennys, you got a good one here. As a former business owner I see management material. Thank you for helping me start my day off with a smile!

I sat there and had mt electric scooter with me, righr next to me.
This time the waitress was too busy having a conversation to seat me.
Some guy, very nice by the wsy, said come on in and have a seat. The waitress that was too busy to ve bothered said I need to leave my scooter outside.
I will NEVER eat in this restraunt as long as I live. You are too busy to be bothered, then u want to tell me to leave my scooter outside? Yeah . Ill take my hard earned money elsewhere.

The service from Ms. Stefon M was terribly rude. She had a serious face and answered grudgingly. People like that shouldn’t be in this type of customer service role. People like that make a customer, like me, never return. This store is the closest to my house, and this is the third time I’ve come. In the morning, the service is better but slow; this time I went in the evening.
That’s why I prefer to go to the Sheridan location, which, although farther away, has good service. I have over 24 years of experience in customer service, which is why it affects me so much when they provide such poor service. On this occasion, I didn’t leave a tip because tips are earned.

Came in with my three kids, and we didn’t even got to sit down, we got greeted with the most annoyed person (didn’t seem to want to be there at all), apparently her name is JayJay. We ended up leaving before we even got to sit down. Do better Denny’s! This is unacceptable and truly sad, specially because of how businesses are looking lately, we didn’t feel welcomed at all, and I would like to think that it’s because the server is having a bad day, and not because of us being judge for looking and yes, being Hispanic.

Listen people, Denny’s food is top notch! I mean look at this cheese melting perfectly and the bread is not only fresh but toasted to perfection! The wait staff is always friendly and efficient. I haven’t eaten here in so long and I was so surprised at how delicious my Moon’s Over My Hammy was!! I didn’t even tell you about the hash browns! Perfectly golden brown and fresh potatoes and just heavenly! They have certain nights that kids eat free! With the purchase of a regular meal the kiddos eat free! I am bringing my little one in this Thursday for a treat!

When I got in, I got asked to ‘show my booty’ by a male member of staff. The first waitress came back 2 minutes after giving the menu and never again; in an empty restaurant. After 30 minutes I motioned to another waitress that I’d like to place my order; she was friendly and quick. The food was bland and they didn’t have the type of mac and cheese that was supposed to come with the dish.
