Where to begin? The place has the MOST bland food I’ve ever eaten. I eat there a lot because my father likes it but he is a senior citizen, in his 80’s. I suffer through it and actually, so does he. The place is cold inside when it is winter. The whole wait staff and the employees in the front of the house were wearing jackets while working. Really? All the customers too kept their jackets and coats on as well while dining. You guys get a large senior crowd in the a.m. hours. We get cold. Turn the heat up! Do you notice, I’m NOT to the food quality yet? When you first enter the restaurant, there is seating to the right and seating straight ahead. We used to sit in the area straight ahead because that is where my father is more comfortable. Recently, in the breakfast hours, we been getting seated to the right. The back is empty because of this and it’s not as easily accessable for my father and his large walker. He requests it but I know the servers don’t want to have to go back and forth between distant tables but……one day we were at breakfast, the section to the right had empty seating an a small tabletop of 4 came in and were sat in the section straight ahead. At their “usual” table. I know this because they’ve been in numerous times like us and a lot of others. Why them? Whatever happened to the staff all kind of dressing the same? Same shirt and same color slacks or pants? Sometimes there is only one cook working and it gets busy. Food sits in the window for awhile and then the plate arrives hotter than the food. Okay, the food. Yuck! Inconsistent, always! Something always wrong, always. Example: Bacon. Ask for it crisp. Nope ALWAYS have to send it back and then, still chewy. When you send it back, into the microwave or deep fat fryer it goes. Gross. Either way, it still comes out chewy sometimes or it’s over done. No taste. My hamburgers always come out gray looking and sometimes falling apart when the cook checks to see the doneness. My father ordered grits and we think he got the very bottom of whatever warmer they are kept in because they were THICK and lumpy and NOT even cooked all the way through. He told our server and she looked at them and said ew! and then basically went on to another table. I can go on and on but I don’t feel like writing anymore. My arthritis isn’t liking it right now. I don’t like complaining but after so many times there with my father, sometimes just watching him eat while I sit there with him, I’m his caregiver, I just couldn’t take it.

It’s Denny’s, straightforward American food done right. Costs have increased so it’s a bit more expensive than the past. Cali club is simple club sandwich with avacado. Burger was cooked well and flavorful. Breakfast meals were small and simple for a breakfast dish.

We always have breakfast at this Denny’s when we visit Orlando. Somehow we are lucky to always have Ana as our server, she’s wonderful, attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food is always well cooked and tasty. We love all the Denny’s menu items, especially the omelettes, pancakes, and club sandwiches.

Last night I decided to switch things up and have dinner at Denny’s instead of my usual breakfast order — and honestly, it was such a cozy experience! I tried the plain chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and oven-baked macaroni for the first time, and it hit the spot. The chicken was perfectly crispy, the mashed potatoes were smooth and comforting, and the baked mac was cheesy and rich — definitely the kind of meal that makes late-night dining worth it.
I’m so used to their pancakes and breakfast plates, but this dinner definitely surprised me in the best way.
Enjoyed dinner at Denny’s again tonight, and it was so worth it. I tried their new Homestyle Roasted Turkey and it felt like a warm holiday meal . The turkey was tender, the mashed potatoes were creamy , and the turkey gravy tied everything together perfectly. The baked mac & cheese was cheesy and comforting , and the dinner bread was soft and warm ✨ Honestly, it was the perfect comfort meal — simple, cozy, and exactly what I needed. ️

Wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and spot on with everything from initial ordering to drink refills. The restaurant is clean and well kept. Food was made better than expected from what you normally would get from their menu.

I had a great experience picking up my order thanks to Killiania. She did an excellent job making sure everything was ready and handled perfectly. She was very friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Even though it was just a pickup order, she still took the time to make me feel appreciated as a customer. Great customer service like that really stands out. I hope she’s there the next time I come back!

The server was great as always. My coffee nice and. Hot. Dios came out sooner than I thought. Nice a peaceful day. Family had a quiet conversation to see what we were going to for the rest of the day. Just enjoyed being there. Food was on point. Thank you again, sorry for not remembering names.

Service was great very attentive, however we were the only people in the establishment and our food was somehow still cold at 6 am.

The food and service was absolutely terrible. Our server ana did not check on us even once. Never got a refill. My burger did not come with cheese, also tasted and looked like sausage which is against my religion. My father got the French toast slam. The French toast stayed in the window for 10 minutes so was cold and dried out. The food was so bad my service dog wouldnt eat it.

It was great! You want to go out to eat with your friends and family and need a somewhat cheap. Denny’s got you. I didn’t have any complaints about the food. I suggest to stay away from the lemonades. They taste kind of bad. I order the French toast slam and definitely enjoyed it.

I think we walked in when they were understaffed or something. Took us about five minutes for them to come up and ask how many we were. After we got seated, it almost took 10 minutes for a waiter to come and ask us for our drinks. By then, we were all ready to order our food so I guess it worked out. Still would’ve liked if we got served faster. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that they were all extremely nice waiters. Definitely deserved the tips
