Subject: Complaint Regarding Food Quality and Service
Dear Denny’s Management,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the food and service I received at one of your Denny’s locations on December 13, 2025.
During my visit, the overall experience fell well below the standard I expect from your restaurant. The food was not prepared properly and was served in poor condition, which significantly affected my meal. Additionally, the service was disappointing. The staff appeared inattentive, and there was a lack of professionalism in how my concerns were handled.
I chose Denny’s expecting a comfortable dining experience and quality service, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations. I believe customers should receive timely service, courteous treatment, and meals that meet basic quality standards.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent similar experiences for other customers. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be handled.
Thank you for your time and attention.
Then a remake and I said no cheese the service is not good the food not great first made nasty 2nd made ok but with plate of cheese

The waitress was fairly new. I think it might have been Katie? She was fantastic. Sometimes night service here is horrific. And the cook was on point. I usually always have a problem of some sort. But not tonight. Thank you!

It was terrible. Got a to-go order. Spent $78 no plastic ware no butter and syrup. The chocolate from the chocolate chip pancakes was all over the bottom part of the Togo container on the food. All of the to-gos that had chocolate chip pancakes had chocolate on the food. My son’s stake was supposed to be medium. Wasn’t. It was very rare. He’s 5 and disgusted it isn’t cooked more. Paid extra for the choconana pancakes. Didn’t recieve them instead got more chocolate chip pancakes. I tipped the Togo person just to find out she didn’t do anything except put the food in the bag and hand it to my bf. Spoke with the night manager Brandon. Was extremely rude over the phone. The server was very rude and acted bothered. I will never spend my money here ever again. It was awful. The service here is TERRIBLE. Absolutely TERRIBLE.

There are only a few servers we will sit with here, but we have been regulars for over a year now. It’s one of the only places I can take my child. If you get one of the servers who really know what they are doing, you will have an amazing experience.
The food is good, but if you are super picky, be cautious.
We visit here 2-3 times a week. When you are a regular, the servers know your orders and how you like things. I like things a certain way, and I always tell them in advance so the cooks can cook it right. A few servers have to take things back but there are about 5 servers there that know how we like things and it always comes out perfect.
They always treat my son so well, which is very much appreciated.
We will continue going here for as long as we are in Bay county. Thank you Denny’s for the consistency, patience, and kindness.
Also, the French toast and Santa fe Skillet are the best things on the menu!

The server Katie was phenomenal and the food was picture perfect. I haven’t seen a Denny’s this good in a long time. The cook a mixed man did the order perfect and we tend to have a lot of changes to our food very impressed. Our server Katie was wow though only person waiting tables and was extremely happy and made us and our kid feel like we were regulars (we’ve never been here before) we will be returning…. The manager also checked on us I didn’t catch his name but just finished the experience with a bang. Wow Denny’s really make people feel special

This is one of the best Denny’s I have ever eaten at. The server Katie was fantastic and was the best I’ve ever seen with one 1 person waiting tables. She was sweet and attentive even when a bigger table was being nasty and rude to her, she was still so nice. The manager Brandon came and talked to us directly made sure everything was good and then spoke with the other tables in the restraunt. You need to see more managers doing this it was just a welcoming and caring feeling. We will definitely be returning to see this Denny’s staff again Thank You Denny’s in Panama City
