There was an elderly lady or she complained. Was Arthritis, she took more than 25 minutes to get my service of 3, my wife and my child people were walking in and they got attended, they got the food before I did she never came back and asked me if everything was okay, brings me a stick. It looks uncooked I asked a police You know, take it back. I don’t like the way it looks. She took another 25 minutes, and everybody came in new people. And they got the first me that she should have done was giving me high priority and could you cook it fast my wife and daughter already finished their meal? I said fine. We left, I said to her, take that part of my bill, I’ll pay for my wife and my daughter and the beard that I drank She said, yes, and then she was trying to charge me. And then the service, when the register does give me 10% off. And I said, no I didn’t touch the food, they ignore my complaint, sends me a manager and I fire complaint and still annoys me like it’s my fault. I said, fine pay the $13 something. Didn’t even say apologize for inconvenient or he said, have a nice day. I told him you have a nice day. It was a very poor service and the food was cold and what we asked, we didn’t get, we had to look for her, but she never came once to our table house everything I was very disappointed. Heard service. Very disappointed. Never again would I go in that restaurant I never had a problem with any other dinners. She thinks like she wasn’t happy even to serve me and I don’t really care if it was a racial thing or not, I hope I’m wrong on that, but she complains about how that’s I have Arthritis too, but you don’t see me complaining. Well, for service, everything was poor and it made it seem like it was my fault. I was like, forget it, Mary get what I go there and I would never recommend no one to go to that one on old lady like Dani’s right next to cross the street from BJ’s Restaurant, excuse me. Close the street from BJ not BJ restaurant. The BJ warehouse. Well , thank you , and have a nice day

There’s a serious lack of training at this restaurant. Why doesn’t anyone employed here know what an over hard egg is?!? Not even the manager. Even after showing a photo of how I wanted the egg cooked, they proceeded to tell me that’s not a way an egg can be cooked.

Sat at the counter on my first visit, nice atmosphere and i had not been to a Denny’s in some time. Sadly the omelette i ordered had water or milk added to it to make it fluffier, but it had the texture of a waterlogged sponge. Not enjoyable.
My second visit we sat in the dining room. I ordered a lumberjack slam after the omelette issue. This next part may sound nitpickish? Our server was my senior (and im old) she was very friendly and knew her job well, problem was it was a long wait for food and watching her showed she carried plates with her thumb all the way onto the plate and into the food or into the mess when she bussed her tables.
Also, maybe turn your large wall TV to a neutral channel? Having it on a news channel will alienate half your customers. We would all be better off with less media

I have to say I haven’t been to Dennys in Lady Lake in a couple of years and this last visit was absolutely horrible. I ordered a simple 2 eggs over easy sausage bacon and biscuit and orange juice. The only thing that was edible was the biscuit and orange juice. My eggs weee like slimy soup not even hot. My bacon and sausage were like microwaveable dry and bland. My server was ok but they were packed so I don’t blame him. The noise level was ridiculous I sat by a table of 6 elderly people who obviously couldn’t hear themselves I left with a headache. I used to love going to Dennys but unfortunately these big franchises have gone to crap they are over priced for the lack of service and quality of food your get now a days. Will not go back again. Do Better.

Visited on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Wonderful friendly staff. Enjoyed a 9 grain grand slam meal for $10.99 plus used the app for an additional 20% off. David was excellent and the whole team there works well together. Many good deals on a variety of American fare.

Let’s start off with online it says that they still sell the crepes with strawberry in them. They absolutely do not. One waitress tried saying oh that’s online which makes absolutely no sense. Now let’s go on to the waitress waitress. Keeps forgetting what you asked for and ends up. Never bringing it then trying to check out. They kept seating people. Meanwhile there was five or six of us in line trying to pay. Why not let people pay to get the heck out so you can see more people and waitresses if we ask for something we should get it and we shouldn’t have to ask for it more than once

We went to Denny’s (Lady Lake location) last night for dinner and had a great experience. The food was very good, and we received excellent service from our server, Ashley. She was attentive, friendly, and made the visit even better. We would definitely come back!
